• costs subject to degrees of scale of production $2000 per kw installed
• 1 mw plant cost around 2 million dollars american
• cost of power is 1 cent per kilowatt hour
• fuel consumed: nickel powder and hydrogen
• readily available and inexpensive; production 1 gram hydrogen per day 100 grams of nickel powder in 6 month?!!
• big business trying to stop you?  Not yet, he says.  Didn't ask for external funding.  Avoiding this, also very risky- did spend time in jail because of an earlier incident like this- claim he did wrong
• will earn money in October- all money so far is his- he is taking all the risk- if it is a trick, he is only tricking himself- if work is no good , Rossi loses his own money- no problem with investors
• Earn only if plants work- can defend his policy
• Getting proposals - but not accepting them- will wait until October for this current project; after that, will accept order- going step by step, based upon results
• Millions spent so far- therefore he believes in his project- have sold everything to finance this
• Worthwhile to do this project
• Licensing will start after the end of October
• He says he is excited because his life is on the line- he is 60.  He feels young.  Tells about 96 year old man he knows.
