More faking

Here we are into Friday already. Time is passing by so fast. That is one thing that there is no overabundance of. If you are going to do a thing, you need to get to it.

Otherwise, you live with the results.

It looks like the Georgia recount is a fake. At least Dick Morris thinks so. It would not surprise me if a few never-Trumpers are in key positions that will throw a monkey wrench into this effort. The question is if this is so, what to do about it?

Morris has people calling this Georgia Secretary of State. This has all the appearance of acting like the lamb vs. the wolf again. It is clear that the wolves are going to do whatever they want. You won't win an argument with them. They don't play that way.

If you aren't willing to consider the alternative, then I don't know what else to tell you.

Out wolfing the wolf

This gets settled one way or another

There's an Aesop Fable that I like to cite every now and then. This could be one of those times in which that fable applies.

It's the one about the wolf and the lamb having an argument. The fable says that force has the better of an argument. Since the wolf is bigger, stronger, and meaner; it wins. The lamb's arguments, no matter how well stated, logical, and pertinent to the matters at hand, the wolf does what he wants anyway.

If you approach an argument in the position of the lamb, and you're arguing with a party that is in the position of the wolf; the wolf is going to win.

With respect to this election thing, I wouldn't want to approach it as if I were the weaker party. You have to be convinced you have the strongest hand. You have to approach with the intent to do whatever it takes. I'm not so sure that our side understands this.

In other words, this may not matter as to who actually won the election. It is a matter of who's willing to do what.

Know what I mean, Vern?

As Yogi Berra once said

Not over till it is over

Nobody on the Trump side is giving up. There's plenty of reason to keep fighting it out.

Of course, the Biden camp and their fellow travelers would like to convince everybody otherwise.

There's plenty of articles to cheer you up if you're feeling down about this. If the major media is all that anyone listened to, it really would be over. There's plenty of alternative information sources that someone could listen to. Better to do that than to keep listening to the other guys.

You won't catch me listening to their propaganda anymore.

Thorcon news

PCR

An earlier post discusses this process called PCR. Rather than going through a techie discussion, it will suffice to say that it is like photocopying a DNA strand.

The copying is necessary in order to have enough material to work with.

Each iteration through the process produces twice as much as the previous iteration.

For those in Rio Linda, "iteration" means number of times.

Therefore, when Fauci says 35 times through, it means that they will end up with billions of DNA strands. The FDA says do it 40 times through, which might mean trillions.

The problem is that the process loses accuracy over so many times through the loop, so to speak. Make an analogy here. Say your photocopy is of your favorite uncle. Ha, ha. If you produce a trillion copies of it, will it have the same appearance as the original? Especially once you consider that chemical processes have to take place all along the process. Errors get magnified. Your uncle may look like Joe Biden before its over. Yikes!

There's plenty of reason to doubt that this process actually produces meaningful results. Based upon what Fauci says himself, it isn't reliable.
