Not to be confused with the Origin of the Species.
This scatology is a study of how the Russian strain emerged from the Swamp.
To translate into English, it shows how Rosenstein-Mueller-Comey gang managed to turn a phonied up Russian dossier into a Federal criminal case, which attempted to nullify the 2016 election.
Like, no fair, man.
A judge call this BS out, and also, you've got Nunes asking Rosenstein for supporting dox, which Rosenstein refuses to hand over for the last several months. Rosenstein claims "extortion". Yeah?
An intelligence probe was turned into a criminal probe, which is being leveraged into an impeachment. A reasonable explanation for how this happened is not too much to ask.
Make sense?
Well, if it doesn't, then do some more homework, kiddoes.
In the meantime, Dick Morris is conducting polls which asks people if they think the President has something to hide. But wait. Don't we have a presumption of innocence? No crime has been established, yet somehow we end up with a Special Counsel and a big fishing expedition.
Trump should not be expected to prove his innocence, you people. That is why I say the country is lost. Too many people think the President has to prove his innocence. Sorry, that ain't right.
The country has strayed way out into the weeds of the Big Swamp land.

Memo to Trump: Defy Mueller
Memo to Trump: Defy Mueller: By Patrick J. Buchanan
If Donald Trump does not wish to collaborate in the destruction of his presidency, he will refuse to be questioned by the FBI, or by a grand jury, or by Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his malevolent minions.
Should Mueller subpoena him, as he has threatened to do, Trump should ignore the subpoena, and frame it for viewing in Trump Tower.
If Mueller goes to the Supreme Court and wins an order for Trump to comply and testify to a grand jury, Trump should defy the court.
The only institution that is empowered to prosecute a president is Congress.Read more on Buchanan.Org...
comment:
I am pretty much on the same page. As a matter of fact, I favored firing Rosenstein and Mueller on the very day Rosenstein appointed Mueller.
It looks like Trump will follow the path that Buchanan is advising, but he shows signs of waffling. If he gives in to them, he is making a mistake.
Actually, he is much too late in resisting all of this, but he could still save his Presidency. Or does that motivate him? I shudder to think that it may not.

Special Counsel Mueller investigation is well concealed political conspiracy
The working theory here is that the powers-that-be have to make it all look legal and legitimate with regards to the removal of Trump. This is so as to make the plebes happy to go along with having their votes nullified.
Hence, the ruling class all sing the praises of Mueller when he was selected as Special Prosecutor. Yet, nobody seems to want to admit that there are some problems here.
Comey and Mueller are special pals, or so it seems. That has been pointed out already, but overruled. The ruling class sets the rules after all. But who watches the watchers?
That's why would they won't overrule the "tag team". It is a rather far-reaching conspiracy between the powers-that-be and this annoited head of the Star Chamber --- Mueller. It is a "court" that protects the ruling class at the expense of the country class. Trump has decided to represent the country class. His infraction was to win an election versus one of their own. They are aggrieved at his presence. He must be forced out.
The model for this scenario has happened before. There was a connection, it seems, between the tag team and the Clintons. Both seem to be involved in the Scooter Libby prosecution during the Bush 41 administration. They have a history together. In a way, they were made for this Star Chamber spectacle.
For this is a political prosecution, not a legal one. There has to be a law broken first, if that were the case. These conspirators have chosen a target, and are now looking for the crime. The "crime" is their fig leaf to cover up their own soft coup. There is a political motivation behind this, it is not the "rule of law", but the rule of the powers-that-be at stake. The use of questionable tactics in order to extract confessions and testimony seem to be a part of their bag of tricks. You don't burn down the village in order to save it, you know.
The use of the law is to make the Star Chamber appear above board, honest, and above reproach. We must all sing the praises of the "white hats that touch the ceiling types", like Comey and Mueller. But no law was broken, so they have to try to manufacture one. After all, justice must be served. But the justice is not for the country class, but the members of the privileged ruling class, who feel aggrieved at the interloper Trump for depriving them of their right to rule over the rubes.
The political class approves, but that is not what the people wanted when they made Trump the president. Thus, the political class is involved in the soft coup to overthrow the people's choice to be president.
Problem is, there is no way for the public to redress this harm. Both parties are involved. After all, they are in it together, this conspiratorial ruling class. Trump was elected precisely for this purpose--- Washington does not listen to the people anymore, so we elect an outsider to "drain the swamp". But the insiders are going to veto that. But before they can, they have to manufacture an excuse that will allow them to do so. If they succeed, what can the public do about it?
Voting seems pointless. The next stage could be open revolt. Perhaps we are at that stage, but hard to say at the moment. The story is not quite over yet.

Rod Rosenstein
Awhile back, I began to be more than a bit suspicious of Rod Rosenstein. This has not changed, by the way. But it may be helpful to dig a bit, in order to understand this guy a bit better.
What made me start this process was when I read in some comments that Rosenstein was fired by Sessions. As for Sessions, he appears to be a weak link because he recused himself from the Russian collusion investigation. Trump said he would not have appointed Sessions if he knew he was going to do that.
But then Trump refuses to accept the resignation of Rosenstein, when Sessions "fired" Rosenstein. So, Trump seems to undermine Sessions. What does one make of this?
Let's back up a bit and review Rosenstein a little more. He was originally appointed US Attorney by President George W. Bush. Thus, Obama kept him on. Actually, Bush tried to appoint him to a judgeship, but the Democrats blocked it.
This is all very odd. On the one hand, Rosenstein is a Republican. On the other, he is actually acting like a Democrat. Makes no sense. Not to mention, Obama keeps him on as US Attorney.
He seems to have broad support, then. His nomination as Deputy Attorney General was approved by a wide margin, which includes almost all Democrats. Trump nominated him, presumably based upon recommendation by Priebus.
How then does this help in understanding Rosenstein? The guy might be one of those in the mold of trying to appear like a perfect and blameless person. Hence, you can see him approving the raid of Cohen, Trump's lawyer. The raid was said to have been referred by Mueller, so Mueller isn't in charge of it. Seems correct and straight down the line, but...
What about Mueller himself? Mueller had this reputation of integrity. So did Comey. But something doesn't look right about all this, just the same.
As for Trump, he is attempting to do the impossible. He ran against the GOP, but he also got the nomination. As a president from the party that despises him, he is running in a lot of resistance from people who you would think should be supporting him. But they are not...
The business about Stormy Daniels fits into that. A lot of the same people pointing the finger about this would do nothing about Bill Clinton. Actually, this is continuing to this very day, as there are allegations of sexual improprieties involving both Clintons that was part of the emails that were turned in by Anthony Weiner's attorney.
This suggests a political motive is behind what is purportedly a criminal investigation that started out as an intelligence investigation.
Again, Trump is surrounded by enemies. But they cannot get rid of him for overtly political reasons without just cause. That is what they are looking for, and it appears for the moment that they are not succeeding.
But they still could.

I am reconsidering this post, with the idea of changing my mind. At least for the interim. Not to be saying that I was wrong in that the country is lost, but whether or not to continue writing about it.
Perhaps it is in the interest of truth to keep writing about it, even if it is painful. It is indeed painful to watch something that appears to be evil succeeding. It is by no means a guarantee that evil will succeed, but the opposite.
Somehow, you have to keep the right orientation. That is to believe in the ultimate victory of good over evil.
the original post follows:
It gives me no pleasure to write this. But, I have always tried to write what I considered to be the truth. No intention here to deceive anyone, but to the contrary.
So, let's just get it over with. This country is lost. Whatever it once was has gone. Call it whatever you will, but this country is not the country it once was.
Trump's goal to make this country great again cannot succeed with it on the path that it is on.
It appears that a significant portion of this population, maybe even the majority, doesn't seem to think much of the rule of law.
The only way that this could be untrue is if people got the chance to see both sides of issues. That's what the first amendment is for. Now we don't seem to have that anymore. It seems that now, if you don't agree with the political correctness crowd, you are in violation of some unwritten law.
This business about Trump looks as if the two party system is over. If you cannot win an election without the threat of going to jail, I'd say the very attempt at political opposition is going to be hazardous to your health. It is but one short step from here to political assassinations and death squads. This was the kind of stuff you heard about that happened in other countries, not this one.
I'm not going to write about this stuff anymore. It isn't going to be believed, anyway. People have gotten in the frame of mind that an honest difference of opinion is evil. It isn't about good and evil. It is about what is right and what is wrong. It is hard to be civilized when the other side thinks you are evil incarnate.
Come to think of it, that is what I think of them. The feeling is mutual. For now on, I avoid politics. If I write about it, it is only because I forgot to remember to stop writing about it.

Whatever it is, it looks to be sitting on top of the water.

Imagination post
An idea for a post here.
A thought occurred to me with respect to the teleportation concept that is a one of the Star Trek space opera props.
The thought goes like this: if teleportation of an object, which includes the possibility of a human being, would that person still be the same person that you started with?
This is a metaphysical type question.
That question relates to human existence. What makes a man what he is? If you teleport a man to another location, you must deconstruct that man, and then reconstruct him in another place. A question arises to whether that deconstruction actually KILLS the man, and the reconstruction actually RESURRECTS that man. This is definitely a metaphysical question worth exploring.
You'd actually have to know exactly how many cells are in a particular human body. Current estimates are 3.7 trillion. You may even want to know the quantum state of each atom in the body, which is off the charts high. It is the quantum state that may be destroyed in the act of observing what they are. If you destroy the quantum state, do you destroy the man?
If you indeed have to destroy the man, can you possibly reconstruct the man in another location?
Or is that the same man, should that even be possible? Inquiring minds would like to know.

Fancy word for cooking, that is.
Been experimenting with my cooking lately. Yesterday, I boiled an egg in water. So what? Well, the egg was cracked and out of the shell. It was boiled in water, which is no calories. The problem with this cooking technique was that the egg stuck on the aluminum foil. So, I got some Pam, and sprayed it on the aluminum this morning. Yep. It worked good. How was the boiled eggs? Well, they tasted like, ahem, boiled eggs.
I don't know if that counts as a success. What was the objective? To cook without oil, and to use as little energy as possible. This latter part was achieved by cooking on the lowest possible setting on the propane stove. A small amount of water did reach boiling point, provided that, you cover the top with foil as well. This traps all the heat, and allows boiling point to be reached.
The eggs were on for about twenty minutes. They were fully cooked.
Eggs like this are pretty bland. How do you fix them up to taste better? I like cheese on my eggs, so the next time, I will add sharp cheddar to it.
Add some bacon bits, and maybe some tomato, and that's good eating. At least it is by my standards.

It's back to the strict data diet again, folks. I'm using a lot of data again. The situation is not as bad as before, but it is getting close to getting out of control.
Therefore, let us economize a bit on the bandwidth. That means no more videos, and no more sites that pop up videos as an advertisement. This is rather limiting, but that is the way she is.
This post may be rather rambling, because there are always things going on, and so I may put it all down here.
The thing I am attempting to accomplish at the moment is to establish the van as a sort of "home away from home". In that role, I wish to use it as an aid to my work in Austin. This would be helpful, since the drive to Austin is over an hour away. Anything that may assist me in doing business there without that commute would be very much welcome. So, at the time being, the van is parked in storage lot near Austin. I will commute to the van, and use the van as a base for operations there.
That said, let me comment a bit further on other things happening around here. I have lived in this trailer for over sixteen months now, and I have gotten to know a few people here. Not that well, mind you. I'm not the most sociable guy in the world. Actually, I'm a bit of a hermit, so getting to know people is not my thing.
Something out of the usual happened yesterday, which I thought I might share here. Seems like a guy here knows William Shatner. You know, Captain Kirk. I don't know why he told me this, to be honest with you people. I don't think he was bs'ing me. He may really know this actor/celebrity. Maybe he was trying to impress me for some reason.
I don't like to write about people behind their backs. just mentioning this is all. It is kinda weird actually. Anyway, he says he knows another guy in Chicago, some radio personality named "Mancow". You see what I mean? Weird.
Anyway, "Mancow" put up a video ( at least I think it was him who did that ) of Shatner doing a "song", which struck me as something that was not all musical. More weirdness. Maybe this "Mancow" is into weirdness.
I won't put up the video, the link above will get you to that, if you are interested.
As for Shatner doing "music', it reminds of the "epic rap battles of history", with "Capt. Kirk" v. Christopher Columbus.
Actually, I am going to put this up in spite of the data diet, cuz it gives you an idea of the musicianship of Shatner.
All in day's "not working".

This could be the energy source for the fuel cell car discussion that I have just updated.
You could make nuclear ammonia this way. The nuclear ammonia is presumed to be cheaper than the the current conventional way of making ammonia.
The ammonia could be transported in the same way it is today, but with the end points being distribution points to locations making the ammonia for fuel cell cars.
One of the chief arguments against hydrogen fuel cells has been infrastructure. This mode of transportation of ammonia will greatly economize on that issue by using the existing infrastructure, and adding just a little more.
Ammonia would be shipped to the end point where it would be converted into hydrogen and nitrogen. The nitrogen would be released to the atmosphere--- no pollution.

Here is another concept for molten-salt reactors. The interesting thing about this concept is that it burns up more transuranic waste than it produces, meaning that it can clean up waste while producing power.
I always did like this type of reactor. Even Europeans seem to be warming up to the idea.
The biggest obstacle to commercializing these has always been government regulations.

It so happens that as an intellectual exercise, the following is useful for discussion of the feasibility of an electric car. Since Elon Musk is attempting to make this happen with his battery powered Tesla auto, could there be another, better way of doing it?
Hence the following discussion.
The problem with battery powered cars is with the batteries themselves. They are too heavy. There may not be any way around this problem. However, there are those who think that batteries can be improved so that this problem is overcome.
Let's presume that it cannot, and that another way must be found.
The following post discusses how to produce the hydrogen in a closed loop system. This closed loop system will eliminate the problem of pollution in the production of the hydrogen, for a fuel cell car.
It would make little sense to make a hydrogen car if you make another form of pollution, right?
It might be useful in going backwards in this series, so I include a link here to the previous post, which is part 3, linked below:
The next part is where I will pick up the discussion in the future. See you around!
The original post follows:
A patented process to separate aluminum hydroxide from potassium hydroxide can close the loop in a hydrogen generation system for fuel cells. [ fourth of a series studying the Apollo Electric Car]
The last part closed with the problem of removing the aluminum hydroxide from the potassium hydroxide. The aluminum hydroxide is formed when pure aluminum is dropped into a potassium hydroxide solution in order to generate hydrogen for fuel cells. The goal is to regenerate the aluminum again so that the system can be a closed loop--- no additional inputs needed besides water and energy. Water for the generation of hydrogen, and energy for the regeneration of aluminum.
A google search yielded the pdf of an invention which can do this very thing. Here's what I was looking for:
This invention appears to have been granted in 1991. I presume that it has resulted in products that one can easily obtain and put to use in a closed loop system.

The present invention is particularly applicable to the
removal of an aluminum hydroxide precipitate from a
potasssium hydroxide electrolyte by agglomerating said
precipitate onto the surface of a cartridge filter, remov-
ing said agglomerated particles from the surface of said
cartridge filter, and allowing said agglomerated parti-
cles to settle in said electrolyte. The average particle
size of the aluminum hydroxide particles which precipi-
tate from a potassium hydroxide electrolyte is in the
range of about 0.5 to about 20 microns. Such particles
settle in the electrolyte too slowly for efficient separa-
tion by settling. By agglomerating the particles
using a cartridge filter, the rate of settling is increased to
the extent that separation by settling can be used.
This invention appears to have been granted in 1991. I presume that it has resulted in products that one can easily obtain and put to use in a closed loop system.

Still keeping up with current events
Well, I know I wrote that I would quit posting about politics, but this...
You have to check this out. It may have made the news on Fox, but if you don't watch Fox, then you have to read this.
It the is CTH--- Conservative Tree House. Gotta read it.
So, I will make just this one comment: If they really have what they say they have, you going to see some serious shirt.
Seriously, ya'll. Gotta read it.
Update:
Forget about just reading it. You need to save it, and study it. Spend time with it, and understand it.

Iron houses
If humans are to live on Mars, there must be a way to build things. It so happens that there may be abundant iron on Mars. As a matter of fact, Mars gets its red coloring from rust. Don't know if that would make Iron Man happy, but it could be useful.
With its abundant carbon dioxide, Martian iron can be obtained. An energy source would be required. A space modulator would not be. Perhaps concentrated solar power could do it, but if not, then nuclear energy could be used.
Given the massive amounts of energy required for such a process, perhaps there could be better ideas than this. At any rate, large amounts of iron could be available. If not feasible, nor desirable for complete enclosure of a habitat, then perhaps a structural skeleton could be built using iron.
Iron would not be much use for export to Earth. But you wouldn't have to import the stuff. That's a relief.
It may be possible to make glass on Mars as well. If so, structures could be made that could admit light, which would enable some agriculture. If not glass, a transparent plastic may be possible, or even more likely.
At any rate, it is theoretically possible. With an appropriate means of getting there, colonization is not out of the question.

Blue origin rides again
Okay. Make fun of it. All they did here is something they've already done several times. This time they sent up a capsule. Whoop-de-doo.
BTW, this launch might have been viewable from my property. My property may be only 30 miles away from Blue origin's launch site, as the crow flies.
If the wind blows hard enough, would their capsule land on my property? If it does, I want to be compensated, by golly. It might have disturbed the precious sand and dirt.

Modern music
I'm so behind the times. I think of this as new, and it may be as much as three years old.
Anyway, I wouldn't know about this song if I weren't going into Austin on a regular basis.
The words seem okay, but I couldn't make out what the hell she was singing. Maybe I am going deaf. I found the song with lyrics and decided it was okay to post it.

Obligatory, 4.29.18
As I have written before, I will stop posting about politics. Just for anybody's information, just in case anybody is wondering why, I am going to write the reason why I am stopping.
Actually, I have already done that, so this is a little more on the reason. As I wrote before, I think that this country is lost. Whether or not it can be restored is another matter, but one thing that I have decided upon is that it is lost.
You have a double standard here with the Russian collusion investigation, and the appointment of Robert Mueller. No crime has ever been established. Now here is the fundamental reason the country is lost. Such an investigation is illegal. It is not in the spirit of the law that is established for all Americans, not just one class of favored Americans. Just because a good number of people in the government do not like Mr. Trump, it does not mean that the laws are suspended just because of him.
We cannot have a government like this, and continue to call our government a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. It is no longer the Republic that is governed by the rule of law. It is a governed by a group of people who seem to think that there is one law for the favored, and another law for everybody else.
You do not allow "fishing expeditions", in which a crime is not stated, but a criminal is decided upon first. After having decided that a person is criminal, without any evidence of a crime, is a practice of totalitarian regimes. A person is not supposed to be required to prove their innocence of a pretended crime. Call it what you will, "collusion" is not a crime. It is either treason, or bribery, as it cannot be collusion because collusion is not a crime.
The only valid reason for Mueller to be hired is to prosecute the crimes for which this president can be removed. Those are stated in the Constitution--- treason, bribery, or "high crimes and misdemeanors." The latter is a bit vague, but still, you have to have an actual crime or violation of law, which has not been established first.
For it to be treason, an overt act has to be committed. There has to be witnesses to that fact. Since they won't name the crime as treason, and since there are no witnesses to that effect, then treason cannot charged. As for bribery, a quid pro quo has to be established. Simply getting elected is not quid pro quo. It is hard to see how bribery can charged either.
This is a political investigation, therefore. So, is one's politics a matter for criminal prosecution these days? Evidently so. Even the GOP is playing along with this. By doing so, they are allowing themselves to relegated to second class status. This is hard to fathom, since at the moment at least, the GOP is in the majority. I strongly suspect fraud.
Personally, I don't think the investigation is a valid scenario. The country is being played here, and as for me, I am calling BS on it. I do not consider myself to be second class, and I will not be a part of a group that has to establish its innocence before it is allowed to peaceably go about its business.
If the GOP continues to allow this, I will boycott the election, too.
Update:
Mueller was named SC after the firing of Comey. If firing Comey is obstruction of justice, then how can Rosenstein name an SC after he recommended the firing of Comey? Rosenstein should recuse himself for that reason alone. Sessions doesn't have to recuse himself for the naming of Mueller as SC by Rosenstein.
In other words, Sessions should have had the call on obstruction of justice. If not that, then somebody else heads the investigation. That would be new FBI director Wray, if Comey was heading it before.
