The entire Democrat party says leftist judges are above the law
More here on the Democrat's psychotic break.
This thing could mushroom into a true crisis. Beware out there. This is no joke. I am of the opinion that the Dims really want to stir this up into a national crisis. If there's a crisis brewing, it will be of their own making.
Dems playing a dangerous game
Reference to the constitutional privlege granted to members of Congress from arrest. This privilege may be getting abused here. The privilege is not absolute.
https://t.co/Q8aWIiY9pX --- Dems purportedly have fallen in love with the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and "democracy". How about backing it up with a call towards restraint from political violence? It so happens that the law doesn't exempt her from arrest for breach of peace

It was a bad year for Hillary. She's barking up a storm. Please stop howling at the moon, Hillary.

Predictions
I started this post, which turned into an update of an old post. Actually, I wanted to find the beginning of a new category. The categories were supposed to be set up so that old posts like this one could be found. I wanted the blog to be a resource. The idea is not to re-invent the wheel.
The category I looked for was "history of the blog". Actually, this is not as easy to find as it should be. Could it be that I don't even know what is on my own blog?
Anyway, lots of things happened during the Obama era. It would seem that the Trump Administration is trying to roll back some of it. But there's a huge fight to try to stop that.
The fact that we are even in this fight at all is on the one hand a small miracle, and on the other hand, a major tragedy. It should never have happened. But it did. Not only that, Trump's rollback may not succeed. There's no guarantees that it will.
7/12/13:
This is something that I've attempted numerous times. In the eighties, I wrote some software that I hoped would help predict the outcome of football games. In the nineties, I wrote some software that I hoped would help me predict how the stock market would behave. Neither of these worked to my satisfaction. There was some limited utility to these programs, but weren't marketable.
Nevertheless, the idea of predicting the future course of events has remained an attraction for me. This blog is supposed to be something like that, but there hasn't always been a focus on that.
There may have been predictions here, but they haven't been catalogued and thus be easily referenced to see if the predictions came true or not. If you can't measure it, you can't evaluate it.
There was one near the beginning of this year in which I predicted that we will find out if the GOP intends to be a me-too party or an opposition party. The results are now coming in with respect to the immigration bill being considered in Congress. They will be a me-too party, but they will try not to appear to be blatantly so. They have to keep up appearances.
The rest of those predictions linked above also seem to be accurate. At least for the moment.
Sometimes I forget what the focus of this blog should be. It should be about the future and predictions fit into that theme.
If there's anything that I would add to those predictions at the beginning of the year it would be this:
Things are not getting better. Things are getting worse. There's no reason to believe that things will get better.
How do you measure this prediction? After all, there could be some dispute over the economy. Some seem to think the economy is getting better. But that is a delusion.
Perhaps you could use some objective standard instead of a subjective one. An objective one would be the statistics, but there's some controversy about that too. Unemployment going down? Not really. No inflation? Not really. Budget deficit getting smaller? Not really.
Here's something that's pretty objective: quantitative easing. The Fed is doing it or they aren't. Interest rates--- they are going up or going down. Stock market too. Gold prices.
I will rephrase the "getting worse" prediction as follows: the Fed won't be able to stop quantitative easing. I think that is a bad thing.
Thus, the subjective things are getting worse. For other folks, they may appear to be getting better. Not very useful for predictions. The goal will be to be as objective as possible. Memo to self: remember that.
This will be a new category called predictions. It will also be filed in the history of the blog.
America's true nature is being subverted from within
Here's another source on the Smith-Mundt Act.
Straight from the horse's mouth
Or, whatever... Anyway, to get a better feeling of what's going on here, I'm going to spend a little more time actually watching what he says and does on his own social media site. What a concept.
The "Maryland Man" angle has been in the news lately, but have you seen anything like this? If I have, I haven't paid much attention to it.
The enemy within is on the march. Does the Supreme Court know what they are doing????
I don't write this friggin' blog just to get attention (pageviews)
Then whey write this blog? I want to see RESULTS. So I offer SOLUTIONS. This isn't about pointing fingers of blame, even if that would be the TRUTH. But if the TRUTH supports it, then bad policies MUST be changed.

No legal basis
What the bleep is going on?
This is one of those "good questions." It means who the f**k knows?
Bannon thinks that MAGA is losing. Really? Why is that? I dunno. Polling is still good. But there may be some slippage.
Julie Kelly asks why SCOTUS is ruling on a non-reviewable case. Indeed. Why? I dunno.
Some of the Canucks think they've got Trump in a bind. Why would they think that? I dunno.
why speculate... speculation is for the other blog.
Trump seems to be signalling weakness. If that's true, then it MIGHT explain things a bit. Hard for me to believe that he's that weak. Or that the Euro-weenies and the Canucks are that strong.
Some clarifications could come soon. That natives may be getting restless.
Amish Paradise ain't no joke, homies

The Amish know how to use their hands. They are strong on community values and traditional values. If I ever see a pink-haired Amish, I'm going to be disappointed. I say good on the Amish here. Maybe a bit of shame for the pinkos. Shame on the rest of us if we let the pinkos win out.
One of Ford's flops of a movie was about an inventor who figured out how to make refrigerators that could work with no electricity. Hmmm. You see, the character as concerned about how America was losing all of its mojo. All the old fashioned ingenuity ( not Yankee around here in Texas, pal ) was out the window, and all the jobs going bye-bye.
Does the mush brained Ford still support the idea of bringing jobs back to Murica?

Going soft on the commies, are we?
The addiction to papered over imaginary profits and imaginary wealth continues. The Dow Jones industrial average boomed today because Trump announced some trade deals are near. Also in the news is a write-up in supposedly conservative news outlets that suggests to me that it isn't just the pinkos who love to play pretend games.
An interesting errand
Interesting times indeed. Starting to sound like a stand up comedy routine...
There was this brouhaha about Ivermectin back in the COVID-madness-scarey days. Ivermectin was only for horses and cattle, and people ought not to be using it. It was DANGEROUS.... ooo-ooooooo-oo.
I did some due diligence the udder day and found some Ivermectin online, but only the kind for the horsies. Seems like I saw that the online kind had an ingredient list. So I ran thru what I could find out about it. It didn't seem so bad. A lot depends upon DOSAGE. Dosage is important. You can overdose on WATER if you drink too much too fast. The concept is called hormesis, if memory serves.
I didn't order any online. Instead I procrastinated. However, today, I stopped procrastinating. I ran by the Tractor Supply store on my way to other errands. I axed to see the Ivermectin, which was locked up. I read the ingredients, and I saw none. I axed for a bigger bottle. Maybe I'm going blind. The bigger bottle has bigger text on it. Maybe it was there, but if it was, I wasn't seeing eat main.
The reason I would even consider using the horsie stuff is that the prices for human rated stuff is way too high. It so happens that the Ivermectin for horsies is expensive too. What isn't eggspensive these days, eh?
I don't want to get everybody too eggcited, but why would no ingredients on the bottle? Is it because horsies aren't entitled to know what's going into their bodies? Seems that people don't seem to mind. They will put anything in their bodies, like that untested injection that was billed as a vaccine, and legally did not meet the requirements. But that didn't stop people from using it. Seems like there's been some complaints.
If I have a complaint here is why so much money and why there isn't a list of ingredients? Even if it goes into a cow, maybe somebody will eat a burger from the cow parts of the former cow. If they won't say what goes into the cow, it might be a problem for somebody. Just in case anybody cares.
Nothing new under the sun
The movie I was thinking about this time was The Wizard of Oz. Some folks say it was about the Federal Reserve bank. The yellow brick road refers to gold. The great wizard refers to gold too, as Oz is the contraction for ounces, meaning gold. Of course there's the manipulator behind the curtain. All it took was a little dog to expose the fraud.

Dems are losing the argument, so they move the goal-posts
Is it really about due process either? Doesn't appear to be. Check this out...
A little story here to back this up, first the tweet...
Promised Persecution: Jamie Raskin Says Retribution is Coming for Those Who've Opposed His Dem Party https://t.co/UHam63wb1Q --- Lol. Scare-mongering. He can't back that up. Even if the Dems win again, and soon, he can't do it. The only way he could do it is if you're scared.
— BootsandOil (@BootsandO6892) April 21, 2025
He's trying to scare anybody he can so that he can restrain them from doing anything he doesn't like. This is what a bully-type will do. You've probably seen it in films. A dude makes a threat, and the threat is enough to get somebody to back off.
The story to back this up may be apocryphal, as I didn't witness it. The way I heard it was one guy threaten to kill the other guy, so the other guy punched him in the face, and knocked the first dude down. He said: "If you're going to kill me, I thought I'd get in my shot first".
Threats are empty. If you're going to do something, you would do it already.
Balls to the wall, Mr. President.
Hmm. A scene from The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly that may pertain to this:
Ten Years After --- Year 3000 Blues
Lyrics:
hey took me down the grading station
And they classified me zed
'cause of over population
They told me that I would soon be dead
But I slipped out of the force field
And hid beneath the monorail
But the automatic blood hounds
Lord, they're soon hot along my trail
Now if I had been a scholar
With computer working hard
Then my molecular structure
Would not be on the grader's card
So, I know that they will get me
Put my index in the brain
Then, the atoms of my body
Will be disposed of, lordy, down the drain
They took me down the grading station
And they classified me zed
'cause of over population
They told me that I would soon be dead
The Ongoing Soft Coup Circus
This may not quite be "fine wine" yet, but it is aging well. Note that Boasberg upsurpation of authority that he doesn't legally have, follows a pattern. The left loves to say things, but they don't mean it. One of their favorite things to say is "rule of law". With Boasberg's usurpation and others of his ilk doing the same, we can observe first hand their total insincerity about "rule of law" and "democracy". It's all a prop to support their aggressive intentions toward our way of life.
Make no mistake, the radical left wants revolution. The "Maryland Man" could be their excuse. But it is not a very good one. Indeed, there's no there there for them except for one thing. Their window of opportunity is closing fast and they know it. Their grip on power is fading fast, and THIS is what animates them. Nothing else that they say is sincere, but if they were to say this, they'd be candid for once. But don't hold your breath.
1/24/25:
When can it be said that the opposition has gone too far? Could it be said to be part of an insurrection as well? I'm referring to this Resistance 2.0 to Trump's 2.0. At what point does this cross the line?
As far as the J6th riots, even if they did wrong things, they've already been punished. When is enough enough? As of this writing, I have heard that there's a refusal to allow the pardoned remainder of J6'ers free. On what authority does the Judge have to do this? If they're grabbing more power than they legally have, could this be said to be seditious? I'm thinking some hard questions need to be asked. If not now, then SOON.
1/1/25:
Happy New Jeer Main:
Anyhoo, I read that they're gonna try this sheet again. Only this time, it will be a real coup. If the left disregards the election, they will have overthrown the election. Isn't that what they claimed that Trump was trying to do? These guys aren't even challenging that Trump won. At least Trump said he won. In other words, what the people think doesn't matter, despite all their words about democracy and such. But since it is a circus, it's probably just a show, which is meant to divert attention from the real deal ( whatever that is).

But if you want to save our freedoms, reading a book won't cut it. We're past that point already. He seems to discount the voting process. It's not time to give up on that yet, in my opinion. But it is getting more and more clear that the powers-that-be care NOTHING for what "we the people" think.
5:18 AM 7/22/24:
The Constitution is the sovereign. In order for this to NOT be a coup, the Constitution must be obeyed. These people do NOT honor the Constitution. They are attempting to overthrow it. Before this plays out to its final conclusion, if these people are successful, the Constitution will be nothing but a piece of paper.
Everyone who serves under the Constitution must swear an oath to it. That's what makes it the sovereign. The Constitution has a preamble that begins with "We The People". The people responsible for this coup do NOT honor elections, even though they go to great lengths to pretend that they do. This latest circus is getting more and more intense, because the deception must be more and more intense in order to pull off the coup.
This coup isn't about "rule of law" or about Democracy. It is about the clique who are attempting to destroy those very things. It is Orwellian doublethink. Totalitarianism is freedom. Lies are truth. All of what these plotters and usurpers say is a massive lie. The public cannot be fooled into giving up its freedom unless the same public participates in the deception.

Circus indeed. Just read that the email hack story was false, or at the very least, that Crowdstrike couldn't prove it. But there's really no need to get knee deep into this bull-poo... If you've got them figured, then this is clearly some sort of diversion for something else.
9/22/21: Update:
Comment
If you look at this as a concept, and as a principle, the concept is that everything is a circus. The principle is constant and unrelenting falsehood...
First principles always... The first thing to remember is that---- the only crime that anybody has cited in relation to an actual collusion case with Russia with respect to the 2016 election---was an alleged hack into the emails of the DNC.
The only confirmation of this is from an organization hired by the DNC, "Crowdstrike" I believe the name was, that is in effect an employee of the DNC.
This is like claiming a break in at your residence, and you're hiring a private investigator to confirm what you claim, and expecting the police to stand down on any investigation of your premises. Yes, that much, and more... The police takes the PI's word for it in toto....
What kind of police department would accept that as evidence or as probable cause? At best there is probable cause for investigating the premises, but that is it. Unless that investigation of the crime scene takes place, then there should be no further investigation, because there is no probable cause.
Everybody seems to avoid this fundamental principle, which suggests to me unrelenting falsehood. The unrelenting falsehood is driving the concept of these circuses, which are to distract and confuse the population.
