Legal Insurrection: "Damning audio tape emerges" (Minnesota fraud scandal)

Note: Tentatively this will be displayed below. If it is rejected, I'll have to take the embedded page down. The link will remain.

It should be noted that the ICE-related civil unrest is being stirred up for the purposes of distracting from the burgeoning fraud story. Evidently, Legacy Media is focusing on the unrest, not the fraud.

If killing bugs gives you a thrill, watch this

Here's a post which demonstrates how to use Boric Acid to kill insects, in particular, wasps.

Boric acid will kill all insects, he says. That was my understanding as well. One thing I know for sure, is that boric acid will definitely kill off roaches.

Put some of this down in the cracks of all shelving, and other places where the roaches hide.

Just remember one thing about boric acid.  It won't kill immediately.  But it will definitely wipe roaches out, and keep them out.  I used this in an apartment once that was badly infested with roaches.  After treating with boric acid, I didn't see roaches there for the rest of the time I lived there. That was many years.  Boric acid works.

Lowest murder rate in 120 years

Axios isn't a MAGA site, by any means.  So, it figures that the report is probably credible.  Therefore, if the murder rate is down that much, that ought to be considered a significant accomplishment.

Plenty of good things happening, yet the news is full of stories of how the GOP is going to get its butt kicked in the midterms.

That really doesn't make a whole lot of sense.  The public voted for immigration enforcement, which is supposedly the reason for why the GOP going to lose.  That doesn't make sense, either.

Oh, its because of Epstein. /eyeroll  Quick update:  Another site discusses it here.

Hypersonic engines

Author: Sandboxx

Interesting. Could this be used in space? Higher specific impulse means more efficient engines for space travel, too.

1/23/26:

The next video is also a hyper-sonic vehicle design. It is from Hermeus, which was written up previously here.

This approach is not a new design like the above, but based upon existing technology, which is being adapted for extra high performance at hyper-sonic velocities.  This approach isn't likely adaptable to space vehicles, however.

All hope is not lost

You'll keep hearing how the GOP must produce now, or all hope is lost.

Things looked a lot worse just a few short years ago. Memories are really short.

I know how frustrating it is with the lack of support from the GOP.  But the answer is not to give up and hand the Congress back to the Democrats.

Political accountability should be in the form of primarying non-supportive GOP'ers.   But to stay home in the effort at "punishing" the GOP will only punish yourselves.

If the Democrats return to power, how are things going to improve?

Even if the GOP wins, and things don't change, they probably won't go to the lengths that the Democrats will.

People should know that is true.  Staying home is counter-productive, even if the GOP is weak and foolish.  At the worst, the GOP is weak and foolish.  The Democrats are far worse.  You people know that.

This video is a reminder of how bad things were just recently. Do you really want to go back to that?

More on Jack Smith (video)

Democrats have the gall to claim that they support the "rule of law" and "democracy", but do they give a flip about this???

Nothing is likely to happen to this guy.   At best, enough people will remember this enough to manage to keep the Democrats out of power for as long as it takes so that there can be accountability.

But I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for that day of accountability to occur.

However, it may be possible to defeat the Democrats.   Or one would hope.

Mamdami is a communist, and is the mayor of New York City. Does that answer any questions?

Jack Smith testifies in Congress

He doesn't come out looking too good, but will it make any difference in anything?

We don't live in a country that gives a flip.

It's just a show, like everything else.

Show me something real for a change.

The Stupidity of Davos Explained Using an Example of Their Own Creation

Conservative Tree House

Comment:

Is it stupidity or treason? All they are doing is destroying their own industries within their own country.

The stupidity of it is in voting for people who push these policies forward.  That would be leftists, and the people who vote for leftists.

If we did that in the USA (so far, no, but they'd sure like to), the Chinese could undercut American car manufacturers' prices, and that would drive them out of business.  This appears to be happening in Europe.  That's what Sundance is talking about.  My question is, why isn't that treason?  But how is treason defined in Europe?

Treason is defined in the US Constitution as making war on the country, or giving the enemies of this country aid and comfort. So, would you call the deliberate destruction of American industry an act of treason?  I would.  But so are a lot of other things, and these things don't go punished.

Likely then, is if the Dems win elections, you can kiss our standard of living goodbye.  This will hurt all Americans, but the Dems will blame everyone but themselves.

Ice storms possible, may have a problem

It's not unheard of around here that storms can cause a loss of power. Usually, that is but for a few hours, when the power company restores service. But this is different. If an ice storm knocks out power, it could last for a few days. This will be quite inconvenient around here.

This is something I didn't think about until this very morning, which means I have to figure out something relatively fast. I'm really not prepared at this moment to ride it out here. I'd rather not have to stay over at anyone's house, so the thought occurred to me to head south for a few days.

If that is my decision, then it's going to be a bit inconvenient to blog. That's why I mention it. If I lose power, I could be off line for a few days.

Anyway, I have to come to a solution and quick.  This storm starts to blow through tomorrow.  I have got one day to get ready.

Walking on the Moon

Author: Rick Beato

Description: "In this episode I break down The Police's timeless hit song "Walking on the Moon" from the 1979 album 'Reggatta De Blanc'."

Note: This was originally posted on 3/5/25. It was just the song, but I changed it to this video about the song.  It'll go into the database.

Don Surber discusses Greenland

There is a bit of history mentioned in this piece. It says that the Nazis wanted Greenland, and the Danes could not and would not defend it.  Quick update:  Actually, it says here that the Danes SURRENDERED TO THE NAZIS.

America defended it from the Nazis, but gave it back to Denmark after the war.

  I didn't know that.

Just goes to show ya.  Even yours truly doesn't think things through enough.  If the Russians and Chinese could take Greenland now, why couldn't the Nazis during WWII?  But they did try, or so it says here; and they failed.  Why?  The USA.

How many Americans know of that?  How many know that Denmark cannot defend Greenland?  The Legacy Media won't tell anybody.  Nor will the so-called Educational Establishment.

But I'd support it for no other reason that they way these jerks respond to Trump.

And yes, their military includes dog sleds.

How Media Is Using Language to Reprogram Americans Into Moral Inversion

AuthorJD Rucker

Comment:

They're re-programming alright.   But not all Americans, just the ones who listen to leftist-inspired sedition.

Nobody forces anybody to listen to their Bravo Sierra.   Just turn it off.

The Legacy Media is anti-American.  Unfortunately, so is the Democrat Party. The GOP pretends to still give a flip, and they're good enough to stick with that for now.

The GOP cannot maintain their credibility unless they keep up the pretense. So they're a little better than the Democrats, but not by much.

Mini-Starship

Bob Zubrin proposes a Mini-Starship, which could prove to be a better solution than what Elon Musk in now pursuing.

It's very similar to what a lot of people are saying:

Starship is too doggone big!   It's too doggone heavy!

The tyranny of the rocket equation punishes this excessive mass, which will cause SpaceX to have to launch many times in order to go anywhere from low Earth orbit (LEO).

What the hell is so great about NATO?

With respect to this Trump move on Greenland, there is this big fear of how it affects NATO.

What the hell has NATO ever done for the USA?  Please name just ONE THING.

Instead, the USA has spent billions ( maybe trillions) on defending this real estate. It isn't ours, and I don't think they are very good allies at all.   They get hysterical any time Trump asks for something.   Same goes for Canada.

With "friends" like these, who the hell needs enemies?

I don't get why Trump is so insistent upon acquiring Greenland, but what I notice most is how our "friends" don't seem so friendly.   This is supposed to help defend Greenland better, and it isn't like the Danes spent a fortune on defending it, nor do they bleed for it.  If Russia or China tried to take it over, what would they do about it?  Probably call upon America to save them again.

High level chicanery right here

If you are frustrated by the lack of accountability of the Deep State for their crimes, here's a video for you.

It's kinda interesting to me that Trump keep nominating people who screw him over.

But it doesn't really surprise me that the GOP is pretty useless.

He needs the GOP as long as the GOP is willing to back him up.  But when the GOP feels confident enough that they can completely abandon Trump, they'll probably do it.

Another curious thing is the polls. Trump really has done a lot of pretty good stuff, but for some reason, the polls don't show any appreciation from the public. So if the polls are actually accurate, which I doubt, then that is quite a puzzling thing.

The Democrats are definitely bad.  Even if the GOP is no better, they cannot be obvious about it.  Which means the kind of deception that the GOP runs is of a different character.  The Democrats are definitely bad, but the GOP is sneaky bad.

What accounts for some of the gender divide? The answer may surprise you.

The term "gender-divide" may be archaic.  The tweet embedded below discusses why young women went hard left, while the young men did not.

It may be hard to correct this, too.  It doesn't appear that reason will work on these people.  They are women, after all.

There's a lot of talk about how and why the GOP will lose the midterms. Actually, the GOP isn't helping Trump much.  That could be because of the "gender-divide".

Once you see that, things make sense.  It doesn't make sense to me to vote for Trump, and then turn on him because he is being "too tough" on the immigration issue.  That seems ridiculous.  Why punish somebody for doing what you voted for?

  It's a very complicated situation.

If it could be re-framed, then perhaps there is a better way forward. The political left is not good for you.  Period. I don't care what side of the gender divide you are on, this will impact you negatively.

"Act now?

  by James Howard Kunstler

A long way from the Mary Tyler Moore sitcom version of the place.

To paraphrase Lord Bentsen, long ago, this is not the real Minnesota.

Or is it? Has it fallen that far?

"Play-acting at revolution"

Note: Tentatively this will be displayed below. If it is rejected, I'll have to take it down.

Comment:

This is a contrast between doing and talking.

Could it be something more sinister? What if the idea is to get you to disarm, or to quit doing your job?

Someone with truly bad intentions are not going to give you an even chance. Think about it.

For example, if a bad guy wants to rob you, he won't necessarily make an aggressive move unless you do something to lower your defenses. That's the idea. To get you to lower your defenses.

Another example: What if the Minnesota gal who said "I'm not mad at you", really meant to do bodily harm?  The idea was to set up an exact scenario that produced what happened.  She might have even thought he wouldn't shoot.

In other words, do not make the mistake of taking these people too lightly.

Jem Melts Rock Using Sunshine (re-post)

Author: BBC

Description:"Jem Stansfield travels to the Solar Furnace Research Facility in Southern France. He witnesses the incredible power generated by highly concentrated sunlight."

Comment:

This is a re-post of the original post made many years ago. Instead of moving the old post into the top position in the blog, I just made a new post instead. There's too much other stuff that obscures the basic idea.
