What struck me about this presentation was the incredible investment that the mad mullahs made in trying to dominate the world.

People whine about a little inconvience with higher oil prices. If Iran had gotten nukes, they could've threaten everybody who opposed them, and they could've controlled the Strait with a nuclear gun.

Trump has done a great thing. We have dodged a bullet. The world is better off. Not that he will get any thanks for it. But those in the know will know better.

A truth social embed

A wager here. How many people actually pay enough attention to what's going on in this country, know their history, who could watch this and say that there's something wrong with it? Trump amplified it here by posted it on Truth Social. Good reason to hate them both???

Mark Levin seems like a good guy to me. Just sayin'. There's a strong movement out there to stir up as much Trump hatred and hatred of Jews that seems scandalous. Hard to believe how much rage porn on social media sites sometimes. But here's a reasoned argument. We need more of this, not the rage porn.

Sorry about the lack of a link to Carville reference. He has a wish list for the Democrats to enact --- 1) packing the Supreme Court with liberals 2) adding DC and Puerto Rico as states for starters. But he advises the Dems to not run on it. It might make them look too power hungry. Yep, the Dems sure LOVE democracy! /sarc (If I can find the link again, I'll update...)

You can warn people about these commies, but if people don't heed the warning, the commies will absolutely take over. You can absolutely count on that.

That's something that David Horowitz used to say. Horowitz himself had been a "red diaper baby", so he knew what the Democrats really were, and what needed to be done to fight them.

Given that, I can segue into a short spiel about AOC. What she said in that recent video was the kind of tactics that Horowitz knew about, and was warning about.

AOC mentioned the "convictions" as if it was the gold standard of proof. It is decidedly not that. It is likely to be appealed successfully eventually, but in the meantime, the fact of its existence makes it good propaganda material that can be used against Trump. Indeed, that is what the whole trial was FOR. The left doesn't respect the legal system, nor any part of the law. The law is being used in a political fashion. It is not intended to be just, nor fair. Indeed, it is the very opposite of those things.

The objective is to defeat your opponent by any means necessary. That phrase comes from leftist origins and should always be noted. The left is using that phrase AGAIN. This may mean things such as Lawfare and Assassination. It may be things such as phony impeachments and phony investigations, such as the Russian collusion hoax.  Keep in mind that some of them idolized Luigi Mangione.  Some of them expressed regret that the assassination of Trump didn't succeed.

The wheels of justice turn rather slowly compared to politics. By the time that justice catches up, the politics will have moved on. That is something that the GOP doesn't seem to grasp very well. They continue to allow the Democrats ( now commies ) to get traction with their phony lawfare and so forth, and by the time things get repaired in the justice system, the damage has already been done POLITICALLY.

The GOP cannot allow that to happen. But it still happens, as it happened before. AOC is still trying to pull that stunt, and Trump is trying to do something about that. It would help if the GOP united firmly on that point, because if they don't, there won't be much left of the GOP to fight back against the commies because the WAR would have been lost for good.

When the commies win, they don't give up without bloodshed. Keep that in mind, because the long term does not bode well if this kind of thing isn't remedied and SOON.

Is Nick Fuentes a man? Maybe "he's" a tranny. Is this is the EI stuff mentioned earlier?

Also, take a look at how much they sound the same. Opposite sides of the spectrum? What kind of spectrum is that?

  There hasn't been much on the brouhaha going on with the widow of Charlie Kirk and one Candace Owens.

  But there wasn't anything about Charlie Kirk here while he was still alive.  Not on my radar.  Not much on Owens either, but there are a few posts about her.

  So I've stayed clear of this too.  Actually, the whole thing doesn't make a helluva lot of sense.  It is a tempest in a teapot.

  One thing that I DID get.  I went to Grokipedia, since I stopped going to Wikipedia, and took a look at some of what that site had to say about Erika Kirk.

  One of my pet peeves came up about "far-right" politics, and that made me feel pretty bad about the state our country is in.

  It is little wonder then, that the political left calls their opponents "fascists" since they (meaning the so-called "right") love to attach that terminology to themselves all the time.

  Folks who claim to be on the right don't have a clue about what they're doing. That includes a whole lot of miscalled thought leaders.  For if you do not know who you are, you have at best a 50-50 chance of winning any fight.  That, according to Sun Tzu on the "Art of War".

  Check out history, and if you do check anything at all, then any association with "right-wing" and conservatism in America should repulse you as much as it does myself.

  If there's anyone in politics that emulates Nazism and Fascism, it is the leftists themselves.  The last thing you'd be if you were a true conservative would be to embrace Fascism.  It is the height of either ignorance or malevolence to believe otherwise.

  People need to get a clue.  You cannot win if you concede the fight before you even start.   Erika Kirk a Nazi?  Puhleeze...

Understanding the PetroDollar

The thought about high oil prices and inflation does not jibe with Milton Friedman's theories about money. That is, it doesn't until you consider the petrodollar. Then it starts to make more sense.

That means the current high prices for oil won't cause inflation. It will cause the reverse. Less money means high "interest" rates. The price of oil works like interest rates. If interest rates are high, economic output drops. That means recession.

The statistics show a higher rate of inflation, but not all of the stats showed that. If you count "core" inflation, the prices didn't go up. That means aside from oil prices, the inflation rate did not go up. Eventually, the rest of the price structure will fall even while oil prices stay relatively high.

That would be true if oil is acting like a currency. Check back later to see if that is true.

Some folks just can't be happy

There was a tweet about how all the oil tankers are coming to the USA, since the Hormuz Strait got tied up in knots.

The tweet seemed to reveal something that illustrates the ignorance of people about the significance of things. Well, this blog is here to help. You see, for the longest time, there was a disincentive to drill for our own oil. So policies changed, and whaddaya know? More oil. But there's a problem. While pumping oil is great, we cannot REFINE it. It couldn't be refined and it couldn't be sold overseas. Again, a policy adjustment ensued, and whaddaya know? More oil got produced because the oil producers could sell their oil. Funny how that works. When the government lets you sell your product, more gets produced. It's a beautiful thing, as Limbaugh used to say.

I jipped the video at this point so that you will know that I'm not making this stuff up.



This video doesn't come to the obvious conclusion that you should BUILD MORE REFINERIES. The premise of CLIMATE CHANGE is bunk. Oil companies won't build the refineries because the risk from the environmentalist wing may make that a costly mistake. So we import the "sour" crude, as opposed to refining our own "sweet" crude.

Hopefully that clarifies the matter. But who knows? You can draw all the pretty pictures you want, but if nobody cares about the truth, nothing will change.

If you're going to complain about high prices, then quit bitching about CLIMATE CHANGE. duh
