Then whey write this blog? I want to see RESULTS. So I offer SOLUTIONS. This isn't about pointing fingers of blame, even if that would be the TRUTH. But if the TRUTH supports it, then bad policies MUST be
changed.
You have to make a decision, whether or not you want to. Not making a choice is itself a choice. Not doing anything is doing something.
There are no golden calves here. As much reality as I can discern and to reveal it as much as I am able to. That's all I'm doing. Or should I say, trying to do.
What solutions? The mastery of energy and space. It is a way to generate the resources that we are led to believe are scarce. Well, they're not as scarce as we are led to believe. Why?
MONEY.
I've got nothing against somebody making a profit. Indeed, it is necessary for an INCENTIVE to produce. However, when someone wants to corner markets, or to unreasonably deny a resource, I get suspicious.
Trillions of dollars of material wealth are literally under our feet. We are told that to obtain these resources is going to do harm. However, if energy would be mastered, those harms can be redressed to such an extent that it is tolerable. To the extent that there is a complaint, a reasonable person would dismiss it as excessive complaining.
I cannot get excited about a stock market that has been priced out of all reason. Just because some fat cats are getting a small haircut of their paper wealth is not something that the rest of us should be ready to jump out of the window.
