America's true nature is being subverted from within

In the old days, the American government defended freedom. In 2008, America took a wrong turn. I knew that. But did I know this? (see link below)

 

Nope. I was busy with other things, and I did not notice. Even if I did, I wouldn't have realized the significance of what happened. America is being subverted from within. It is hard to see because it is so gradual. It's like boiling the frog.

It appears that the embed from the Truth site may not display properly on Google's Blogger platform. Why it won't is unknown to me. I won't point fingers, but maybe something is going on here. Anyway, the "truth" as it is called, was about the repeal of the Smith-Mundt Act. It was a Truman era law which had something to do with Voice of America, which happens to be in the news lately.

I was going to dig in a bit deeper, but somehow I cannot. Anyway, I'm not going to withdraw the embed just because it won't display here on Google. Is this more censorship?

I tried to fix the bad link ( which doesn't really appear to be bad ). Still no go. Something's wrong here, there's no denying it.

I'm trying to track this story down, but there's nothing on Revolver about it.
