Hardly anything has been done to rebuild after the devastating fires about six months ago.
So called "conspiracy theories" are sprouting like weeds. Nevertheless, nothing much has been done to help the people there. The response at the time seemed questionable too.
People are wondering if this is a malicious act. You can't blame 'em for that.
