2/5/24: Update to yesterday's post:
My feeling is that it's a movie. It isn't real, but it IS. The movie is Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back. Yoda is telling Luke about the force. Luke says "I'll try." But Yoda says, "Do or do not, there is no try".
Sometimes a thing seems frickin' impossible. Like lifting that spaceship that's sinking into the water with nothing but the "force". But we're probably too late to this situation. Not that I didn't see it coming. I said back in 2020 that we can't make it four years with the guy Biden in office. It may be have been 100% correct. No belief in some magic nor miracles is going to achieve the impossible.
In spite of all that, it could still be possible to win. How? There's going to have to be a 180 degree change in attitude from people, and the change will have to be such that it cannot be overlooked or ignored. But the odds of doing this is nothing short of miraculous. Pray for a miracle. That's what it will take now. One's attitude is THE one thing that do a 180. But to get an entire nation to do this would indeed be a miracle.

Let's try to be positive. So many things are negative. The good news here is that something is being done, and it is working. Just need a lot more of this.
The negativity is draining. News like this is encouraging. Must not lose heart.
