As the title says, Megyn Kelly breaks down the incident.
The locals want to prosecute, and who knows how it will shake out.
Of course, the locals are in the wrong, but this is a deep blue state, with a population that is not likely to be very friendly towards the defendant ( should that be the case).
It would be a local case, but it shouldn't be allowed. These jurisdictions are out of bounds here. It's not a rosy looking dish no matter how you look at it.
I am convinced that the shooting is justified, but I don't live in Minnesota. You see the problem?
