Not very interesting

You'd think that today would be interesting with the impeachment trial beginning in the Senate.  So far, it is a big yawn.  I have to scan a lot of news to have an idea for a post crystallize.  But it did finally.

Once again, I'd like to point out that the use of the term "right-left-center" is a Marxist invention.  It is mentally lazy to use it.  AOC says that there is no left-wing party in the USA.  Hah, hah.  The very use of that terminology means that it is alive and well.  It is all relative you see.

I like to use the term "so-called conservative" because these people like to play the left's word games.  I use "left" when referring to the left because it is their terminology.  When AOC says we have no communism, I would tend to agree-- mainly.  But we do have a lot of forerunners of it.  To claim that we don't is the usual smoke that they like to blow in your eyes.  AOC isn't happy that we're not communist already.  That's good news.  It's bad news that she's around demanding it and she's in a position of power.

Why is that terminology a left-wing invention?  Communists argue about classes.  With that terminology, you create the classes on a rather grand scale.  Anybody and everybody has to be in a class.  That is how Marxism works.  It's collective as well as relative.   Relative means where you are standing when you observe.  If you are outside, like me, you can see it better.  When you are inside, like almost everybody else, you are blind.  Playing their games puts you on the inside.

Then you have the conflict.  With the left, if there is peace there is a problem.  That is why they are always out there stirring things up.  The left cannot be happy with things even when they are in total control.  They have to invent trouble even if there isn't any.  Happy people cannot be revolutionaries.

The use of their terminology just plays into their hands.  It is okay to identify them, but don't identify everybody who disagrees with them according to their model.  As Ronald Reagan said, it isn't right v. left, it is freedom v. tyranny.  Reagan won big with that formulation.  It is simple really, but it might as well be brain surgery because so many "so-called conservatives" don't seem to see it.  It is impossible to see it from the inside.

Ronald Reagan was no dummy.  I thought so back in 1980, but I was under the influence of the Marxist model-- I was a student then.  It is especially contagious for the mentally lazy.  I'd like to think I have been cured of that affliction, but it is a rather persistent mental virus.  It takes effort to think.  The cure is conservatism.  Reagan knew that.  Too bad that so many of his so-called admirers don't.
