A good deal of this article is about how the incoming Trump administration had had names unmasked, which is a violation of their 4th Amendment rights.
The intention was that the outgoing Obama Administration tried to sabotage the incoming Trump Administration.
Will there ever be any accountability for this? I would not hold my breath.
