I remember seeing an old movie called Damn Yankees. It's about an old baseball fan's hatred for the team that always beat his beloved Washington Senators. The hated team was of course the New York Yankees. Well the Texas Rangers team was born in 1961, but they were born as the Washington Senators. Now in the movie, the old man finally sells his soul to the devil in exchange for a chance to play for the Senators. I wonder if Nolan Ryan, the Rangers team president and qualified old man, still owns his soul today? I think he does, wink wink.
