If the IG reports are holding up everything, then how long can they do it? Until election day 2020?
That's because they are slow-walking this thing.
Now Steele's testimony is blamed for further delays. Perhaps that is why Steele decided to testify. He is anti-Trump, so if he can slow down the counter-investigations, the slow-walking can get even slower.
