After reading it, how can anyone accuse Trump of anything given the scope of this power to spy. This is something that I was somewhat familiar with. But the article shows it goes even further than I thought.
If people knew this, then they would have known that the Russian collusion accusation and obstruction accusation are pure garbage. For if anything existed, it would have leaked. The existence of anything that would have been fatal to Trump would have been known before the election. But this went on for months after the election, as the Mueller probe started more than six months later.
