The Progressive View of the First Ammendment

Coyote Blog

The only thing you need to know about "progressives" is that they are self-serving.  For whatever it is that they are for, it is in their best interest primarily even if it isn't in any else's best interest.

Now for this "court opinion"

And here's how Breyer sums it all up: "Accordingly, the First Amendment advances not only the individual's right to engage in political speech, but also the public's interest in preserving a democratic order in which collective speech matters."---James Taranto
No such thing as "collective speech".  It is a construct that was created out of thin air---sort like social quantitative easing.  The construct is to aid in suppressing speech that the "progressives" find unwelcome and inconvenient.
