Thorium Energy: Dream or Reality?

A dream can be said to be alive, but in a subconscious state.  The awareness of something such as this is there, but the interest appears to be a bit weak.  Thus, the metaphor.

What could wake people up to this?

It isn't super easy to find news about this event.  I wonder how it is going.  I just assumed that it was going well and maybe it is, but where's the news?
