Supreme Court's silly decision

 

The decision regarding the deportations is bereft of any common sense. It would seem that the Court could get the memo from the electorate. Joe Biden imports every Tom, Dick, and Crook in the world. It would seem to be common sense to allow the public's will be done and send the undesirables back home. Trump ran on it, won on it, and was trying to govern on it. The Courts step in to stop it.

The practical effect of this is to tie up the President in courts for the duration of his term before all of this gets sorted out. Courts move slowly, crooks move quickly. Seems that you need a nimble government to hold the crooks in check. Instead of letting Trump move nimbly, the Courts check Trump, and give the crooks a blank check to cause murder and mayhem all across the fruited plain.

It makes little sense. The Court needs to step aside, and let the grown ups set things right. Let the President govern as he was elected to do.
