Brilliance fades into underwhelming performance from SpaceX

The latest Starship launch, while not a catastrophic failure, wasn't exactly brilliant either. Besides getting through to the SECO point, it didn't seem to do anything right. The payload test didn't work, as the door didn't open properly. There was a fuel leak, and a loss of attitude control. There was an uncontrolled re-entry. Will that cause another mishap report?

Is there something wrong at the joint? If they plan on getting a Starship to Mars, they'd better pick up the pace a bit. It's a two year launch window, which starts next year. Not that much time left to get their act together.
