Just read something that may be a mitigating circumstance as far as the Supreme Court is concerned. It may be a bit too early to groan and moan about what they MIGHT do. The initial indications LOOKED BAD. However, it may not be.

But just in case it is, we may be in for a rough ride. Either way it goes on the court, perhaps. But always better to have to the right people on your side in case the shitstorm actually hits.
