At the risk of belaboring what should be obvious

Because people act as if it isn't, this will be repeated. The left is using the same tired old tricks that they used in the first Trump administration. Perhaps Trump is dealing with it a little better. But the fact that it is being used yet again demonstrates that it hasn't been conclusively defeated. That despite the fact that Trump won a clear cut victory last November.

If it were all about "rule of law" and "democracy", the Democrats would at least respect the outcome of the election, and stop violating the law themselves in their madcap pursuit of Trump.

Meanwhile, some folks want to get after the Dems for stuff that happened 5 to 10 years ago. That's where I belabor what should be obvious, but seems not to be. When dealing with a threat, you deal with the most immediate one directly in front of you. If you deal with something that is water that already ran down the crick and is GONE, you run the risk of getting hit hard with yet another phony scandal and loss of political support.

IN particular, this jackass judge, and a whole bunch more of them, who are doing the Lawfare routine, need to be disposed of RIGHT NOW and firmly. Instead, we seem to be playing their game.

Meanwhile, our side is gratified by the seemingly small, trivial successes, and are exploding their significance beyond all reasonableness. The same crap happened in the first administration. Yet here we are dealing with the same horseshit as before. Not much has changed comrades. Might as well talk commie-speak, because we are heading in that direction.

Democrats want to build up a scandal with this illegal alien who had already been deported once before. The media keeps running the narrative that he was somehow here innocently, when that is not the case. Also, the Democrat judges are flouting the law and the Supreme Court themselves. Why are they not being held accountable before the law? Are they exempt from the rule of law themselves?

The responses of the GOP seem too damned weak. Going after yesterday's shit won't help you with today's shit. Also this pretense that Trump is kicking their asses, but this kind of shit keeps happening just reminds me that they still think that they are in the driver's seat, and it does at least appear in this LAWFARE and FUD, that the Dems still ARE. Just sayin'.
