"X" has had an outage

This happened earlier today, I think. I've read about it. Anyway, I have been trying to get on to X, but it is giving me an error message. Something is happening today. Not on my end, because I've written about it and posted it here. ---11:30 AM:

11:46 AM: Tried to click on an article linked on Free Republic -- same shit. The article was about riots breaking out in Romania.
