Could the incoming administration's reaction to regulatory over-reach, and the court's recent ruling lead to a massive restructuring of the bureaucracy?

Elon Musk, in combination with the Supreme Court, could slash the role of government rather drastically with this DOGE commission. Huge swaths of government over-reach could be declared unconstitutional, and that could be how it all goes down in one fell swoop. (Just my theory. The Behind the Black article only mentions it in terms of how the FAA regulates SpaceX. What if that single government entity becomes rather generalized to the entire bureaucracy? Then you might have the needed mechanism by which DOGE could reach its goals.)
