This looks great. BUT. (There's always a BUT, isn't there?) For every beneficial thing that someone may think up, there's somebody who will object. This is one of the facts of life, as far as I'm concerned. Nothing is ever going to be allowed unless there's something that will push it over the finish line.

Know what I mean, Vern? The point being, that if there's no follow up in the rest of the country, this will come to nothing. That would be a real shame, but hey, that's life. You may call that cynicism, I'll call it realism.
