Looks like the "small group" created their own personal "insurance policy" while making their "insurance policy" against a Trump Presidency.
The claim here is that the memos were classified, even though the IG report just released said they weren't. If the IG report depended upon a corrupt source for its determination, then its determination is corrupt.
In other words, IG report clearing Comey could be a pile of bullshirt.
