About that Fiscal Cliff

I won't lose sleep over automatic spending cuts. The "fiscal cliff" frightens me less than the bankruptcy cliff.

The "cuts" aren't cuts at all.  They're only reductions in the rate of growth.

The old baseline budgeting trick, indeed.
