Wasn't Oak Ridge a nuclear facility? What the bleep is going on in this country? Why are they fooling around studying Tesla for?
By the way, Tesla isn't all that efficient in terms of fossil fuel use, says Oak Ridge. Not even as good as a Civic Hybrid.

Tesla's price and its fossil fuel footprint suggest that it's a distraction regarding the issue of transportation and related environmental efficiencies.
