Conspiracy against rights

Conspiracy against rights example.

Conspiracy against rights alleged fact-check during 2020 campaign.

Conspiracy against rights in US Code.

The link above describes a scenario for which a law exists to protects the rights of citizens to exercise their rights. It is called "conspiracy against rights" if memory serves. Nobody has the right to throw flash-bombs at people holding religious services.

Such should be referred to the so-called Department of Justice for prosecution, but there are those who were said to have claimed that Antifa was just an idea. If Ill Duce condemned Antifa during the 2020 campaign, as this "fact-check" claims, then a prosecution should be forthcoming.

Somehow, I don't expect that to happen. This has the hallmarks of a war. There is a two-tiered justice system, and that is the hallmark of communism. In communism, the members of the party receive privileges that the non-members don't. Even though everyone is supposed to be equal, some people are more equal than others. The communists are waging war against the public, and there's nobody in DC willing to do anything about it.

Of course, the MIA miscalled opposition party could say something, but I wouldn't bet the farm on that either.
