The GOP has a message, they may have the guy, but will they make the pitch?

The message is that "We deserve better"

The guy could be Scott Walker of Wisconsin, who has delivered good government.

The pitch should be "we can do better than this", and the above is why.  Will they make the pitch, or will they dissolve into quarrelsome ineptitude, which seems to be their default mode.
