Jesse Jackson's Odd Complaint: Trayvon Martin Denied Jury of His Peers

Newsbusters

The defendant has a right to an impartial jury of his peers, not a partial jury of the victim's peers. Thus, Zimmerman can claim an unfair jury because it had no Hispanic men on it because he is an self- identified Hispanic.

The State has to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt, the defendant doesn't have to prove innocence.

Jackson is standing the law on its head.  He has no idea how he looks to an informed, sane, and intelligent person.

I hope this appears as hard hitting as I hope that it is.  Jackson deserves scorn and ridicule of the most severe kind.  This was once a candidate for president of the United States.  We got one like him now in the White House.
