What I'd like to see in a POTUS candidate

My wishlist:

• Accountabilility should be restored and made a permanent fixture of our society.
• There should be a return to the land type movement, which would include assistance in homesteading.
• Taxes should increase on corporations and nation states, decrease on individuals.
• To ensure probity in our political system, political donations must be sharply limited and paid only by individuals who choose to do so.  ( Barry Goldwater proposal of many years ago. )
• The growth of government must be curtailed and turned back.
• Reforms in elections must take place.  Nobody should be able to run without a sponsorship.  No individuals are to be allowed to run for any office on their own capacity alone.
• Presidential powers should be reduced and spread out to other entities in the government. 

This would be a nice start.  Other things, like an economic program should also be considered.  That would be one in which nuclear power is enabled and space travel is highly encouraged.

The odds of any of this happening?  Zero, unless something starts changing and fast.
