If you have been living in a cave for the last three years, then maybe you don't know who Carter Page is. His letter is about how he has been treated during that time, and why he is seeking relief from the wrongs committed against him. The government basically used him to get at Trump. Carter Page wasn't charged with any crime. But without his name, there couldn't have been a FISA warrant. Without a FISA warrant, there could not have been a Special Counsel investigation. He is like the lynchpin to the whole thing, and he is an unwitting participant.
