I may get my first experience in suing somebody.
Anyway, I have been spending time getting up to speed for what it takes to start an action to collect on the money I spent to recover my van, which was towed wrongfully.
Hopefully, I won't have any trouble collecting from the storage facility. But if they won't refund my money, I will have to take legal action to collect the funds.
Hate to do it, but it cost me money I cannot afford.
My weekend sucked because of this. The sooner this is over, the better.
Update:
Seems like the storage company will reimburse. Maybe no need for a suit.
