It's all about the vote. Instead of catering to the illegals, as the Republican establishment wants to do, they should be encouraging other states to do what Arpaio is doing.
Instead of vainly hoping to get their votes, which they won't ever do that, the Republicans could at least stop themselves from being swamped by a tsunami of these voters, who will definitely vote Democrat.
You can't win if you won't play the game.
