Equality, it's a beautiful thing

A few things that seem to stick out like a sore thumb with respect to the Eurozone crisis

1. The Eurozone loves taxes.  Higher taxes are the answer to every problem.
2. The Eurozone loves equality, even though they don't practice it.  
3. For the left, nothing works like failure.  If something fails, just do more of the same.
4. Germans are paying for the bailouts, but they have lower home ownership rates and a lower median income that Spaniards and other Southern Europeans.

Socialism is for the poor---the peasants get to be equally poor, while the rich avoid paying taxes that everybody but the rich pays.
