The other part of the strategy. That is, to divide the white vote, and then have a unified black vote deciding the outcome of elections. Without this tactic, the Democrat party cannot win----ever.
Yet, the GOP cannot figure it out. The tactic wins, and wins, and wins. The GOP is like the quarterback who cannot handle the blitz, so the opposition keeps blitzing. Best way to beat the blitz is to burn it big time.
Exhortations to morality won't get it done.
