The point of the video is the need to impose a legal cost upon the left for pursuing Lawfare for political advancement.
Probably won't happen without a push in the political sphere. That would mean a political victory in the election. However, that might be a catch-22, since that's exactly why the GOP is currently weak. The Dems are using political power to cement their hold over society. It is hard to break that cement, but it must be broken.
