My Question:
Does Flynn have the right to trial by jury even if he pleads guilty? Those who support Sullivan continue to point out that Flynn pled guilty, but by doing so, does he lose his right to a trial?
If not, then how can Sullivan proceed? In my opinion, he can't. This is Bravo Sierra on the Judge's part.
