Leveraging astroidal materials and lunar materials for space travel to mine asteroids

Recovering gases from the edge the atmosphere (loxleo) . We can use solar panels for this purpose. We can obtain materials to make solar panels from the moon. This will enable us to save a lot of money from not having to be lifted off the earth's surface.
