For those who call others a liar

The word "liar" seems to get bandied about a lot these days. You'd think that truth is really highly valued or something.

Did the New York Times correct themselves with respect to the death of Officer Sicknick? Seems that I read somewhere that the Times claimed he was attacked with a fire extinguisher, and his head was bashed in. Did they correct it on Page One?

Seems to me that when they are wrong about something, their corrections are buried in the back of paper where hardly anyone will see it.

I wrote that Biden was a liar. So, if the following is wrong, I'll admit it. I think Biden was lying when he said that white supremacy is greatest threat to the homeland. The reason: Biden was citing a statistic that true for only a short period of time. You can find that tidbit on Bongino's show notes.

Biden should know better than that. He chose to use a stat that was true only for a short period of time in order to push an idea that he wanted to push. Almost like claiming a police officer had his head bashed in when it wasn't true.

Congresscritter Jerry Nadler said it was right and proper for Twitter to ban Trump for another two years because Trump is a liar. Maybe they ought to ban Biden too, if Nadler really cared so much about the truth. Maybe Twitter ought to ban itself, because it is supposed to be a neutral platform. They are decidedly political these days.

Also, the MSM won't apologize for getting it wrong about Fauci. Instead, the story is about how the GOP is "politicizing" the issue. Why shouldn't the GOP politicize it? Isn't that what they did themselves all this time? Is it not fair to return the fire that they started?

If you listen to them, you'd swear that they are never wrong about anything. Everybody else is the liar, but they are never wrong. ( Even when they are.)
