Supreme Court's silly decision

 

The decision regarding the deportations is bereft of any common sense. It would seem that the Court could get the memo from the electorate. Joe Biden imports every Tom, Dick, and Crook in the world. It would seem to be common sense to allow the public's will be done and send the undesirables back home. Trump ran on it, won on it, and was trying to govern on it. The Courts step in to stop it.

The practical effect of this is to tie up the President in courts for the duration of his term before all of this gets sorted out. Courts move slowly, crooks move quickly. Seems that you need a nimble government to hold the crooks in check. Instead of letting Trump move nimbly, the Courts check Trump, and give the crooks a blank check to cause murder and mayhem all across the fruited plain.

It makes little sense. The Court needs to step aside, and let the grown ups set things right. Let the President govern as he was elected to do.

Starbase morale is low?

 

Ellie in Space youtube channel--- she says that "disgruntled employees" said that morale is low. Seems to me that is a qualifier. Of course disgruntled employees would say that... It does not follow that everyone agrees, or there would be massive numbers of disgruntled employees. No suggestion of this was in the vid. Musk will give a talk soon. Perhaps issues can be clarified in the talk.

Rise and shine, or whatever

 

It is an unusual morning so far. Lots of thoughts that aren't jelling into a post.

There are thoughts from the past, and how they relate to the present. But it is not easy to post about that. Let's just how easy it is to misunderstand, and how hard it is to truly understand whatever situation that you may find yourself in.

I seek to understand, but more than often, I fail to understand. Maybe I'll understand better in the future, but by then, it may well be too late for it to do any good.

More than likely, this is highly correlated with the political left, which has a home within the American Democrat party. If you listen closely enough to them, and correlate it with the racist history of the Democrat party, you may conclude that the Democrats have exchanged white racism for anti-white racism.

You may misunderstand the meaning of "anti-white" racism. It is a type of racism that bred the term "white nigger" once uttered by former Senator and clansman Robert Byrd. Robert Byrd remained in the Democrat party until his death. So far as I know, he never renounced the use of that term "white nigger".

Furtermore, the late Julian Bond once said that the word "racism" was to replace the word "nigger". It would involve treating the former white race like the black race was treated. It is a type of racially motivated revenge against the white man. Hence, the hysteria of admitting the Boer. It may even explain how Russia never got the favorable treatment that Red China has gotten.

I vividly recall how Soviet Russia sought Most Favored Nation status during the "detente" years of the Cold War. But China was admitted into the full embrace of the west without blinking an eyelash. Why is it? Could it be that Russia is predominantly white, and that China is not?

It would be hard to hold China to the same standards as Russia was during the Cold War even though the Chinese have never renounced communism. We have very foolishly admitted an enemy within our midst. Red China has become very dangerous.

Also, according to this, the revenue increases in budget aren't being counted by the Congressional Budget Office. The new revenue sources aren't trivial. In other words, the story is being spun for some reason. If the CBO is staffed with Democrats, that could explain it. RINOS may be letting the spin go by for some strange reason.

An explanation is in order. While testing a new installation of Linux, I made a post ( or I think I made one). It seems to have disappeared. Google may have deleted the post, because I got a notice that a post was deleted because of a violation of community standards. This struck me as odd. This stuff is plain vanilla. No explanation other than community standards was given. I didn't even detect which post was deleted.

So, basically I commented upon a story in Conservative Treehouse that was embedded in the post. It was about Trump's Executive Order regarding pharmaceuticals and their pricing.

I noted that the pricing representated a subsidy for Big Pharma. That's because of the Presciption Drug benefit in Medicare. Medicare pays for these drugs, which are overpriced in America, as compared to the rest of the world. Trump's Executive Order changes that.

The result of the Executive Order will be considerable savings to the Medicare program. That's why I called it a subsidy to Big Pharma. It is also a subsidy to the rest of the world.

So if this is a violation of Community Standards, then I have no words for that.

I have a hard time seeing how there can be any opposition to what Trump's doing with this Executive Order. Maybe I don't know the half of it.

In my opinion, the Liberals of Canada are doing it to themselves. Pollyview coulda been a better candidate, and maybe he could have won. If Canada falls apart, it will be Carney and the Liberals' fault.
