Not claiming to be Cherokee here. If I was like Pocahontas, I could even claim to be African American. Somewhere in the past, a North African made his way into my genealogy. Yep, enough generations that would produce about 1% North African descent. Senegal, if memory serves. This wasn't my word, but a brother's word about the test he took. 2% Injun, 1% North African, the rest is North European.

I think I could pass as white.

6/7/15:

In my genealogy foray, I discovered that my great great grandmother was 100% Cherokee injun.

Doggone!

That explains everything.  "White man has been sneaking up on us for years."  "We are civilized because we are easy to sneak up on".

I went to the doctor today, and she asked "do you feel angry?"  I said yes, a little.  She asked me what I did about it.  I told her usually I keep it in, but when I really get mad, I start yelling.  So, she said "don't get mad, find a better way to handle it."  So, I've been thinking about that all day today.  Finally, I resolved to laugh it all off.  Humor works.  Here's a video repost of a scene in Anger Management.

A funny film, but there were one too many scenes. The last scene in the movie could have been taken out. It wasn't a bad scene, but it may have been slightly better if it wasn't in there. Kinda like overkill.

Anyhoo, it MAY be fake news, but I haven't checked it out. In that case, I am truly sorry to offend the delicate sensibilities of certain folks who claim to be MAGA, but aren't really. The thing that set me off a bit was the idea that the President cannot amend the Constitution at all. The process is beyond the Presidency. This belongs to the Congress and the States. For him to claim that he could do this on his own is a bit startling. Of course, maybe he didn't say it, or he didn't mean it that way. We The People should be jealous of our inheritance. It is precious. If one man can undo over two centuries of freedom in our country, then we are no longer what we once were.

er... I forgot. Elon Musk purportedly noticed my tweet and retweeted it. I cannot find that, which is why I think it may be a prank. There... now I am done with this.

A humorous thought there. These people wish to convince Tesla owners that it is a bad idea to own their cars. If you are convinced that owning a Tesla is really bad, I'll be happy to take it off your hands.

But I won't give you anything for your car. It might be worthwhile to have one if it costs me nothing. Otherwise, I wouldn't have one. But getting one for no cost, that may be good enough for me to take the leap. It would have to be nearby as well. I won't expend the effort or expense to go get one which is a long way from here.

This is a joke of course. But who knows? There are people out there who would believe anything.
