Kamala Harris should be easy to beat, provided that the GOP handles it properly

From watching this video, I can see why the media and the Democrat party want to erase her past. Her past means more about her leftist past, as opposed to all the personal stuff. The personal angle may be a trap, says the Red Eagle politics author. He's on X as well.

What does Dick Morris say? Pretty much the same thing.

Media does it again

CBS falsely accuses Trump of lying, and the receipts are there on Twitter (X).

Peggy Noonan

7/26/24:

Bongino mentions Peggy Noonan today on his show. He says he disagrees. Well, I've disagreed with Peggy Noonan for awhile now. This is no exception, by the way. Noonan is definitely off the mark. It's a habit with her now.

8/3/21:

Peggy Noonan, the speech-writer, has once again stepped into it as far as I'm concerned.

It seems like many that I once considered to be on "our" side really aren't. These include the likes of George Will, the Bushes, and this woman too. The list gets longer and longer.

Never-Trumpers like to compare Trump followers with the cult-like Jim Jones' followers that drank the Kool-Aid. I don't know if the comparison was made with Noonan's latest piece, and I haven't read it. But I gave up on Noonan awhile back. She was advocating the January 6th panel. That panel is ridiculous on its face.

With the respect to the Jim Jones comparsion, those people had no choice in drinking the Kool-Aid. It wasn't a free choice, and evidently, the "vaccine" isn't going to be either, if these people get their way.

The person that Stelter brought in to discuss Jim Jones' cult was one of those who got shot trying to find out something about it. Do they really believe that Trump is going to shoot people trying to flee his cult-like following? Australia is hunting down people and forcing to take an injection of this unproven "vaccine". Who's following authoritarian impulses here?

The reason I started following Trump was that I kept hearing things said like this, and these things were coming from those who I once trusted. I looked into their accusations, and I didn't see what they claimed to see. If I am wrong, then I can tell you this-- I don't drink anybody's Kool-Aid. I have never been the kind who would. Therefore, I think the charge is absolutely false, like so many other coming from the Never-Trumpers.

If giving your life for something you believe in is "drinking the Kool-Aid", then what do these people think of Christ? But Jesus Christ didn't point a gun at anybody in order to get them to follow him. This isn't necessary unless you are of the kind that Jim Jones is. A true Shepherd doesn't kill off his sheep, but commies do.

The charge that Trump followers are following a cult of personality doesn't square up with the facts that I have observed. But it does square up to the kinds of things that the Soviet Union would do in order to keep their people in a type of prison setting. At best, Never-Trumpers are enabling a communist takeover by being dupes. At worst, they are with them body and soul.

A prison setting can get very abusive. Those in charge of a prison can become sadistic. Often they DO become sadistic even if they don't start out that way. For Never-Trumpers, who is the one who sides with those who want to shut down everything and FORCE people into wearing masks? Did Trump do that? If not, then who DID?

Noonan article: Why we can't move on.

After a pause I located Noonan's piece. I didn't see a date. She is naive, or a gigantic liar.

Bentsen-Quayle debate as template for GOP failure and what to do about it

Updated:

7/26/24:

A shocking poll says over 70% of liberal Democrats would have preferred that Trump had died in the assassination attempt. What does that say about them? Shall we call them "extremists"?

This just in...

7/24/24:

With the recent assassination attempt on Trump, it may be useful to re-visit this. It is worth studying, for no other reason than how the Democrats reacted to Bentsen's insult of Quayle. They really enjoyed it.

The truth is that the Democrats really enjoyed the attempt on Trump's life. Maybe not all of them, but certainly SOME of them. Maybe even the majority of them. The point is that the Democrats aren't really opposed to violence. The insult of Quayle was just one short step away from violence. It's just like the hate speech that spews from Democrats on a regular basis.

When things don't go their way, the Democrats are not opposed to violence. Seems like there was some violence today in DC. The terrorist sympathizers burned the flag, and raised the Palestinian flag. Tell me again, what country do we live in? Disrespecting the flag and then raising a flag that has a symbolic connection with terrorism? So the Democrats approve of this?

Once again, my assertion here is that the Democrats have no problem with political violence, nor in violating the norms of a civilized society. That is what Quayle meant when he said--"That was uncalled for, Senator." The solution for this is a strong reply. Any show of weakness only confirms the inferiority that the Democrats are trying to establish. Don't play their game, GOP. Be strong.

10.26.18:

Since I mentioned this recently, why not re-post this?  So, here it is.

It is a good example of what is wrong with the never-Trumper faction.  They are really sympathetic to the lefty cause, and are ashamed of the conservative wing.  They appear to accept the premises of the left, such as what was discussed below, and what is happening today.

For instance, the left will say that the GOP is "violent", but what evidence of that exists?  We have the recent discussion about "bombs", which technically speaking weren't even bombs.  Unless there is evidence of a bomb that is connected to a right wing group, then don't accept the premise that it was a right wing group.  But for some of these never-Trumpers, they are all too ready to accept that premise.  Even if a right winger did it, it is guilt-by-association to blame Trump for it.

I suspect the fear that the Democrats will do a Goldwater on the GOP is what has inoculated the Democrats from counter attacks from the GOP after one of their own attacks.  This also gives the so-called moderate wing of the party a lot more power and influence than what they deserve.  They are the minority within the party, but it often seems like their influence is far greater than their numbers.

Even though Trump may not be the gentleman that the Bushes are, it would make no difference to the Democrats or their flunkies in the media as to how they are treated.  The media doesn't care about this issue.  Why should the rest of us?  It is a pattern.  The Democrats make an issue of something that they don't care about themselves.  If they did care, they would have been ashamed of Bentsen.  But it was the opposite.  They were PROUD of what he did to Quayle.

12.31.13:

The Bentsen-Quayle debate in 1988 has become something of a legend.  But it is more than that.  It is the very model of the GOP's failure to respond effectively to the Democrat's pretensions.  To summarize, what did Bentsen achieve in that debate?  He marginalized conservatism and the GOP itself.  He made it appear weak and stupid, while making Quayle appear the same.  This perceived weakness became a liability for President George Herbert Walker Bush as time wore on.  That liability wasn't unique, nor new to Quayle or the GOP, but has been part of the their problem all along.

To recap what Bentsen did specifically:

  • He insulted Quayle personally--- implied that he was inferior---"You're no Jack Kennedy".
  • Then he stared down Quayle as Quayle attempted to stand up for himself.  Quayle couldn't look him in the eye.
  • Then Bentsen claimed the comparison wasn't apt because of what Quayle stood for.
The consequences were a big advantage for Democrats even if they didn't win that election.  How?
  • It reinforced a pattern of the GOP's giving in to their premises.  Quayle not only countenanced the insult, but he allowed the GOP to be insulted as well.  That had to hurt on a psychological level.
  • It reinforced and reestablished history.  Nixon was bounced even though he was a fighter---Goldwater lost in a big landslide.  The GOP learned not to challenge the left out of fear of the big loss.
It appears to the GOP that the best way to deal with the left is to give in to them.  Fighting them only makes things worse.  The GOP ends up accepting all the left's premises and caves in again and again.

Ronald Reagan was the only GOP figure that has done well in challenging the left, but even he didn't win a complete victory.  What he did manage to win has been lost already and things are worse today than ever before.

How to fight the left?

It isn't enough to look good on TV as Reagan did.  Their has to be an intellectual foundation for the challenge and besides that, there needs to be an emotional toughness that you just don't see enough of from the GOP.  The emotional weakness could be seen with Quayle.  It isn't unique to him.

When you see Quayle failing to meet the glowering gaze of Bentsen, you can't help but walk away with the feeling that the GOP thinks of itself as inferior.  But the Democrats don't think that way of themselves.  If you don't respect yourself, why should anybody else?  Did Quayle really believe himself to be inferior to Kennedy and what Kennedy stood for?  There was an opportunity to answer Bentsen there, but Quayle missed it.

Why did Quayle miss that opportunity?  He wasn't prepared.  Quayle was warned not to make comparisons with Kennedy, but that preparation wasn't good enough.  There should have been some practice on how to recover from that eventuality if it were to occur.  The media set up Quayle for the thrashing when they asked the same question four different times.  This gave Bentsen his opening, so you cannot put all the blame on Quayle.  I mean the guy had his hands full taking on the media as well as his opponent.  He needed better preparation so as to avoid the debacle that occurred.

Could it be that the GOP just needs to do a better job of presenting itself?  It may have made a difference in that debate.  It may make a difference now.

For example, let's start with the pretensions of the glowering Bentsen.  Was Kennedy really better than Quayle?  Wasn't Kennedy a lot of hype with that Camelot BS?  Kennedy certainly had his good points, but he didn't last, did he?  As for the effect upon the country, by 1968, the country was in a mess.  That has to be some reflection upon Kennedy and the Democrats who were running the country.  Bentsen opened up a weakness that could have been an opportunity for Quayle.  Quayle, if he had been prepared for this, could have pounced.  It was an opportunity missed.  It is the type of weakness that hounds the GOP to this very day.  If the GOP cannot or will not respond to the pretensions of the left, where does that lead them but to the permanent status of a junior partner.

Media is embarrassing itself

Why does anybody take them seriously at this point?

Netanyahu's speech in Congress

Again, I'd like to show an example of the Marxist Paradigm-- the Left-Right-Center political spectrum model. The authors is supposedly in the middle, and argues in favor of the side that wants peace now. The sympathy is being played for all its worth, and one can really feel for those who have been suffering due to this war. Furthermore, those who wish to continue the war until full victory is obtained, are labelled as "far right".

Was FDR "far right" for wanting to continue WWII until unconditional surrender over the Nazis? If one side is losing rather badly, it is an advantage to want to get the winning side to stand down. Isn't that why Hamas took hostages? While one can feel sympathy over the very real human suffering, one cannot forget how this war began in the first place. The best outcome is to win victory so that this never happens again. But, as we can see, some folks want to play with the heart strings of the people who have suffered in this war. Therefore, it makes a difference in terms of final outcome as to the policy, it doesn't make a difference in the politics. If Israel stops now, Hamas can regroup and do it again. The same thing might have happened in WWII, if the war was stopped before final victory as Hitler could have regrouped and attacked again. As one can see, it has nothing to do with the Marxist model as claimed. It has everything to do with kind of final outcome that is desired.

Can't trust the media, nor the Democrats

7/26/24:

Here's another way of putting it. What Bongino called "retconning", this tweet calls "rewriting history". In any event, Harris is being repackaged as someone other than what her record says she is.

7/25/24:

In this video, Bongino discusses the "retcon" of Kamala Harris. Retcon is just another word for lying. Why would the media do this? Bongino has the "receipts". It's not a matter for debate. He has a "before and after" comparison, all on video.

Bongino says that the public just don't pay that close attention. So let's get this straight. The media (and politicians) do it because they can get away with doing it. For the media to be able do it, and not be held accountable for it, this has to be true. Otherwise, the media would lose every last bit of credibility. Bongino says for some people, it is just sound bites and pictures. The public doesn't have time to check everything for truth.

So basically, you have to cut through all the bullshit and get the message out to people who don't pay attention, and who check their brains in at the door.

The tech lowdown on Crowdstrike (what caused the crash)

CrowdStrike IT Outage Explained by a Windows Developer

Dave's Garage, YouTube Channel, 776K subscribers ( what's this? Zillions sold?)

Comment:

Perhaps I can can guide you through this super-high techie discussion of what happened recently. I actually wanted to do something like this back in the day. That would be about 47 years ago. I went through all the trouble of getting a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, only to fail to get myself hired anywhere. There was this short stint at IBM NASA, where I got to do some interesting stuff, but most of the time, it was super boring over there. But that is a different story.

Anyway, as I watch this, I notice this guy speaks very fast. Yours truly does not speak fast. I'm listening to this, and I note that the computer field has moved way beyond anything I was familiar with. However, I can interpret this enough to get it after a few listens to what this guy is talking about.

So I imagine the average guy on the street cannot make heads or tails of this. Maybe the younger generation can, due to the fact that they were weaned on computers. Maybe this doesn't seem too esoteric to someone raised on techie jargon. But for anybody not falling into the techie categories, this may seem like Egyptian hierglyphics. Even to me, I can't keep up. I've got to go back and listen again. Say again, and more slowly please.

Anyway, I thought I'd put this one up for your amusement and/or consternation. Due to the wisdom of our "betters", we are getting more and more dependent on things we don't understand. Furthermore, those who produce this stuff will have all of us at their mercy before too long.

Like a good many things these days, the public had better wake the hell up. This shit is getting at a critical point. Either we get a handle on it, or it will get a handle on US.

I'm migrating to Linux. Screw Microsoft. Screw Google. Screw Big Tech in general.

Why Linux? Linux is "open source". At least in theory. It is what Microsoft used to be, and what Apple never was. That means that if you have the inclination and the ability, you can see inside the "black box". If you can't or won't, you will be at their mercy.

That's why freedom advocates like me are really starting to get worried about these bastards. They are out of control.

News items today

CNN and Brandon about his speech

Houston Female openly lesbian judge got caught DWI on more than one occasion. But hey! They've got diversity.

I agree with Trump. Wray should go.

I'd call this chaff and counter-measures employed by Wray. What a disgrace.

With respect to Trump's assassination attempt, I haven't even studied it. However, considering the left's track record, I'd take ANYTHING and EVERYTHING they say to be a subject of intense suspicion.

Go over every last bit of the recent attempt, if you please. Before concluding "shrapnel" please do your due diligence. In the meantime, STFU with the bullshit. I think we've all heard enough.

Disinformation follies

Who but the "Joker" would appoint this...er person? I guess the next thing will be "smilex".

Right wing "blindspot"?

7/25/24:

Coverup commission? It does seem that way from this post. But why in the world would the Administration need to cover up anything? /sarc

7/14/24:

Ooh! That comforts me so much that now the government is now going to take this over and fix it. But why was it broken?

Ground News called this story a "blindspot" for the "right"... Well, there's that. If it weren't for that I wouldn't be posting this, yet...

Blindspot my eye! How's do these degenerate wastrels in the media get to preach to us about "blindspots"? They supposedly didn't know Biden's brain has been on deep fried mode for a long time now? Biden gives a 3 minute speech about unity. Bah! How about that for a blindspot? Are we back to the Biden-is-senile deep fake narrative? Before they're through massaging this into something that the dummies will fall for, they'll have Biden cast as a hero uniting America in a crisis. Uh, not for me. Not much has changed here. Same people, same kind of thinking, and there'll be the same kind of actions going forward.

Ground News is pulling our legs just a bit. There I said it. Anybody who thinks this is a accomplished way to get a "balanced job of reporting" must be the amongst the same dupes who supposedly got fooled by the senile POTUS, and his gang of lefty moonbats. DEI meant DIE this time. Next time? Why should be a "next time"?

More crock and bull from the crock and bull brigade. Borrowing a phrase from the Gipper-- "There they go again!" As he also said, "the scariest words known are these --- "we are the government, and we're here to help"". Yeah, that's what's worrying me.

Here's a couple of other stories out there. Perhaps Ground News could explain what these mean?

Police officers confronted assassin

Here's a tweet about the incident at the moment of crisis

Some unusual behavior on video right behind Trump at the moment of the assassination attempt

A man crosses himself just before the shots rang out. Then he disappears suddenly. This looks suspicious. Don't know how this is CIA... But it does look suspicious.

Biden is caught in a logic trap. A lot of information is at risk of getting memory-holed, and soon. I'm sure that the Brandon and his media flying monkeys are up to the job...

This post was long in the making. I wanted to get the lay of the land, so to speak. Trump literally dodged this bullet. But this isn't over yet... The Dems have they asses deep into the doo-doo on this one. It will take great courage for them to pull themselves out of it. This is a very bad and dangerous situation. They're not the type with the qualities mentioned, but of the opposite kind. Hopefully, I'm wrong. The best policy may be to prepare for the worst.

A Freudian slip, or what?

Quote: "after the government tried to kill Donald Trump". Whoa!

Grand Funk Railroad-Little Johnny Hooker with Lyrics

The song's lyrics said Johnny made a mistake. He brought his knife to school. Hmmm. Not the only mistake, I figure. Killing somebody for getting in your way seems a bit drastic. Might want to tell the libs that. You don't get to kill people who you don't like just because they get in your way. Even if you are a big sissy, after all.

A propaganda offensive has begun

Part of it may include "useful idiots" spouting a lot of nonsense, like this here.

Former Speaker McCarthy should not be appearing on leftist propaganda outlets and giving them talking points. Besides that, he is following the Marxist paradigm when he refers to moderates and so forth.

When is factual evidence a basis for "moderation"? This is a nonsensical argument. If Kamala Harris is essential a puppet of some larger entity, then why is it wrong to point that out? It is therefore a good thing McCarthy was removed as Speaker. His thinking is flawed. There needs to be the kind of leadership that Ronald Reagan once provided. It's not about right v left. It is about freedom v totalitarianism. That's what Reagan said. Not this rigmarole about "moderation". Let's not check our brains in at the door, as the left wants us to do.

If the GOP allows these "Judas Goats" to influence what we are allowed to say in opposition to the left, then he will have succeeded in helping the left control the debate along lines that they would prefer. DEI is definitely at issue here. It is fair to mention it because of what happened with Biden. The left kept Biden's conditions hidden, and they will do the same with Kamala Harris' shortcomings as a leader.

Besides, Kamala Harris really is a dummy. Look at this.

Groucho Marx --- The Cocoanuts

The memefication of Kamala Harris

Thought I'd work in an embed of a Groucho Marx scene. Part of the funning around.

FBI somehow involved with Crooks?

It appears that the FBI and Homeland Security folks refused to testify in Congress. The Secret Service lady resigned. So is she the "fall guy"?

Then this comes across the "wire". What to make of this?

5:33 PM

An oblique reference to the above tweet? Or somehow related to the above tweet?

Dan Bongino Show Ep. 2292 @ 33:21 on Bongino's radar?

There are (probable or definite?) multiple perjuries according to Bongino, Rep Luna is asking for a formal investigation

of perjury for her statements before Congress.

Big Tech archetype aka Google will keep your cookies, thank you very much

10:42 AM, 7/23/24:

According to my comment to the tweet, there will be two things to mention. Number one is Ground News. Of all the news sources mentioned in this story, only one is considered "highly factual" and on "the right". Besides the obvious reliance upon the Marxist paradigm, ie left-right-center political spectrum, the ONLY source on the "right" is in Portuguese. This isn't credible.

Secondly, it is getting to be axiomatic that Big Tech is anti-American. They back anti-American candidates for office, which includes the likes of Barak Hussein Obama, Joe Biden, and now Kamala Harris.  Obama said he wanted to fundamentally transform America.  We should all be a bit more wary of what this will mean going forward.  It means one party totalitarian rule.  If you don't like it, then it's too bad because your choices will be overruled or will be forbidden in the first place.

As far as privacy issues, the use of cookies is just the tip of the iceberg. That's why I am going to the Brax.Me site as much as possible. I'm going to go all-in, or as much as feasible.  It's not going to be easy to separate from these guys.  This story is another example of why that is going to be very difficult.

Big Tech is unreliable and anti-American. Consequently, they are anti-freedom. Time to migrate from these types of people as soon as possible. Dan Bongino has mentioned this repeatedly. There needs to be an alternative for running your life. Big Tech and the Democrats will squeeze out every last bit of your privacy, and your freedom.

Wow... RFK Jr. isn't even a Republican.

Kamala Harris: "Queen of opposition research."

Matt Lowne's This Week in Space

Notice: New blog

7/22/24:

This post was completely forgotten. I should've just deleted the darned thing. Not sure if it still exists. But no posts have been made there. What's the diff? I DID revive another blog. Sorta revived it. Hopefully I won't forget about it again.  Update: 7/23: The private blog has been deleted.  Or shall we say, moved to the Brax.Me site.  Brax.Me is all about privacy.

8/10/19: Actually, it is an old blog.  It is repurposed to go into another direction.

The old address was the "Cheat You Fair" blog.  All posts were deleted, and the blog is now a private blog.

It is called "Private blogger".   Only those who I allow to read it can read it.  Right now, there is nothing there.  If there's any interest in reading what's there in the future, if anybody, can leave a comment here on this blog.

I will consider each person on their own merits.  I reserve the right to refuse anybody or to allow anybody on the Private blogger if I so choose.

If nobody is interested, then there's no harm done.  Nothing is there anymore, anyway.

You are being "Borgified", Resistance is Futile!

People might laugh if you suggest this to them. But it really looks like people have given up their own minds in exchange for... what exactly? What I mean is that people check their brains in at the door. They refuse to think for themselves.

Is this a voluntary surrender, or was it forced? If you knew what was being done to you, would it make any difference to you?

This post is in reaction to the somebody else's reaction to what I am doing to resist. I got laughed at. Not good. Not good.

It doesn't matter what you call it. You are a slave if you let this happen. Why would anybody want that for themselves? Yet some people seem to be content with involuntary servitude. It's no laughing matter. Not to me.

I've made comparisions to the movie "The Matrix" too. But it doesn't make any difference whether it is the Borg, or the Matrix. Slavery is slavery.

It could "blow up"

Oh, no!

I get the impression that this woman is going to skate

The Ongoing Soft Coup Circus

7/22/24:

3:18 PM, 7/22/24:

But if you want to save our freedoms, reading a book won't cut it. We're past that point already. He seems to discount the voting process. It's not time to give up on that yet, in my opinion. But it is getting more and more clear that the powers-that-be care NOTHING for what "we the people" think.

5:18 AM 7/22/24:

The Constitution is the sovereign. In order for this to NOT be a coup, the Constitution must be obeyed. These people do NOT honor the Constitution. They are attempting to overthrow it. Before this plays out to its final conclusion, if these people are successful, the Constitution will be nothing but a piece of paper.

Everyone who serves under the Constitution must swear an oath to it. That's what makes it the sovereign. The Constitution has a preamble that begins with "We The People". The people responsible for this coup do NOT honor elections, even though they go to great lengths to pretend that they do. This latest circus is getting more and more intense, because the deception must be more and more intense in order to pull off the coup.

This coup isn't about "rule of law" or about Democracy. It is about the clique who are attempting to destroy those very things. It is Orwellian doublethink. Totalitarianism is freedom. Lies are truth. All of what these plotters and usurpers say is a massive lie. The public cannot be fooled into giving up its freedom unless the same public participates in the deception.

7.21.24

Free Republic post and comments

The connection with Ukraine is very interesting. All those connections, in fact.

7/20/24:

Well, this is a name from the past, eh?!

Circus indeed. Just read that the email hack story was false, or at the very least, that Crowdstrike couldn't prove it. But there's really no need to get knee deep into this bull-poo... If you've got them figured, then this is clearly some sort of diversion for something else.

9/22/21: Update:

Technofog mentions Crowdstrike in connection to the indictment of Sussman.

There are several posts about Crowdstrike on this blog.  I chose this one to update in connection to what Technofog is writing about.

There is other stuff out there that Bongino mentioned yesterday.

The original post of Feb 2019 follows

Comment

If you look at this as a concept, and as a principle, the concept is that everything is a circus.  The principle is constant and unrelenting falsehood...

First principles always...  The first thing to remember is that---- the only crime that anybody has cited in relation to an actual collusion case with Russia with respect to the 2016 election---was an alleged hack into the emails of the DNC.

The only confirmation of this is from an organization hired by the DNC, "Crowdstrike" I believe the name was, that is in effect an employee of the DNC.

This is like claiming a break in at your residence, and you're hiring a private investigator to confirm what you claim, and expecting the police to stand down on any investigation of your premises.  Yes, that much, and more... The police takes the PI's word for it in toto....

What kind of police department would accept that as evidence or as probable cause?  At best there is probable cause for investigating the premises, but that is it.  Unless that investigation of the crime scene takes place, then there should be no further investigation, because there is no probable cause.

Everybody seems to avoid this fundamental principle, which suggests to me unrelenting falsehood.  The unrelenting falsehood is driving the concept of these circuses, which are to distract and confuse the population.

7/20/24Quick update:  This tweet was mine.  I canceled out of Twitter.  That tweet no longer exists but the story came from CTH.

CBS poll, for what it is worth

The joke is on us, I'm afraid

7.21.24

The powers-that-be made ol' Joe an offer he couldn't refuse... I bet.

It is plain that 'ol Joe wasn't made of the stern stuff that he pretended to be made. A courageous man would have stayed on. There's no guts in this man, and plainly nothing else that's any good.

Now we look to the GOP. Supposedly, they will object to the switcheroo. But given their usual weak behavior, they will do nothing.

We're running out of places to look for answers. If somebody's got one, they'd better speak up soon.

7/5/24:

The reason I said that Slow Joe is on his way out is because the powers-that-be want him out. If they want it, they'll get it. But here's the deal, IF the people say NO loudly enough, they may just heed the warning. Maybe. We'll see.

This should not be misconstrued. No defense of Biden is intended. The defense is the rule of law and democracy. That's NOT WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL ABOUT. Disregard their flowery talk. It's just flowery talk. There were PRIMARIES held that would have removed Slow Joe. Those were disallowed. Now they want him gone. All in the name of democracy my ass.

end update to 7/4/24 post:

7/4/24:

If Old Joe goes, I'm a gonna miss him. This is turning into joke of epic proportions.

He went to the Doctor, it was said. Old Joe said there was nothing wrong with him except his brain.

The doc said more sleep, less work.

You gotta be kidding me.

This guy works less than anybody I have ever seen. Less work? If he did less work, he'd have to be declared legally dead. We already know his brain doesn't work. That much is well-established.

Well, the joke has to end sometime. Time to get serious. I think Joe is on his way out.

Obligatory, 7/14/24

7/21/24:

One week out, and what have we learned about the attempted assassination of former President Trump? Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino gives a rather damning assessment of how the Secret Service failed in its mission.

I am several days behind with this. But other stuff is going on too. Yeah, I know. Excuses, excuses...

7/14/24: It is a bit necessary to comment upon the big news event. But rather than just spout off a lot of stuff, I decided to wait.

This appears to have paid off a bit, as some of what I saw in the immediate aftermath appears to have been incorrect information. For example, the name of the shooter is different from the one orginally reported. It was also originally reported that it was an Antifa member. Nothing has been indicated one way or another if this was Antifa. It appears to have been a younger guy who lived in the area, who undoubtedly is being influenced by the political left.

That much from the info chain thus far. ( Memeorandum linked to Legal Insurrection).

Didn't go to AI yet! That would be interesting.

After a short pause, I signed in and submitted the following question:

Former President Trump is a victim of an assassination attempt. Please discuss the latest news on that event.

Former President Donald Trump was the target of an assassination attempt earlier this month. The incident occurred during a campaign rally in Texas, where a man armed with a gun attempted to breach the secure perimeter around the stage. The attacker was quickly subdued by security forces, and no shots were fired. President Trump was unharmed in the incident. The assailant, identified as a 28-year-old male, has been taken into custody and is currently facing multiple charges, including attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. The authorities are investigating the motive behind the attack, but initial reports suggest that the individual had expressed strong anti-Trump sentiments in the past. This incident has led to calls for increased security measures at political events and has reignited the debate over gun control in the United States.

Comment: Hmm. Another incident?! I didn't even hear about this one.

Let's try again

It should be noted that this AI is free. A more capable one is available. This one is coming off as a bit slow, shall we say.
