He appeared on "Roswell Rachel" Maddow's show, for heavens sake. He wanted Nunes to be charged with obstruction. It appears that he believes that Carter Page was actually a spy. Page was never charged with any crime, and actually worked for the government in finding Russian spies.
Presiding FISC Court Judge James Boasberg named Kris to the post. This must say something about this judge. This judge replaced Rosemary Collyer to this court. Boasberg was named by Roberts to serve on the FISA Court. The court is made up of sitting DC District judges. Boasberg was nominated and confirmed during the Obama Administration.
