This is evidence that burning fossil fuels is depleting the oxygen in the atmosphere, according to the link. However, we don't have to worry about it making much of a difference in breathability.
No, it does appear that human activity is doing something to the atmosphere, after all. This only puts the question back to where it was when I started in terms of the carbon dioxide increase being attributable to human activity. It doesn't prove anything else.
