In any normal election cycle, Joe Biden would at least be getting a primary challenge. That's why LBJ dropped out in 1968--ostensibly because of opposition to the Vietnam War. There's no accountability--neither political, nor otherwise, especially on the Democrat side. Even more amazing that a whole lot of people just don't care.
