Being weighed in the balance, perhaps?



  Here's somebody I'm not familiar with.

  I'd say that his views are close to mine on the Epstein brouhaha, so I think he's brilliant!  Why, of course I do!

  Not really, I can't back that up.  I mean the brilliant part.

  It all boils down to people who play stupid games, and win stupid prizes.

  The stupid game is the outrage game, where some blowhard makes an issue out of something that can be exploited politically.

  The other players in that game pretend to be outraged, and contribute money to keep it all going.

  Generally, this is how politics "works".  Nothing gets solved.  The last thing in the whole wide world of sports that these people want to do is to actually solve any problems.  What advantage to them is that????????

  An honest person should be able to see through the nonsense, but unfortunately there aren't that many honest people out there. Just sayin'.  Not brilliant at all.  It used to be called "common sense".
