2/12/26:

It seems that a number of these links are no longer any good. That's a problem with doing something like this. The links have a short shelf life. What to do about it? Well, there's something called the wayback machine. Maybe it is saved there. There's not enough time to resurrect these dead links. There's no staff here, I am the chief cook and bottle washer, and there's only one of me, and there's just so much time...
