I clicked on this in order to compare it with Hudspeth County, Texas. That's where I own 40 acres, which seems pretty remote. However, I do have access to civilization, but it is about 17 miles away. For me, having lived mostly in the big city, it seems pretty danged remote. These places on the video, are on a different level.

The Most Remote Places Left in America (lower 48)
